My question is, how does Homestar run outside naked if he's wearing his pajamas last we see him? PJs fall off down the stairs?

It seem as though Homestar doesn't know either. He says. "And now, I ran out of the house, naked somehow".
The voices were kind of strange, though, what with the new quality.

Aye. This is the only the second time that Homestar has ever met Homsar--though it's the first time he talked to him. (the first time they met being in the "Pumpkin halloween thing.

Um, Homsar was also a member of the Homestromy... Homestarmy... whatever...

"oh Crap I set the alarm for 10:00 p.m. insted of a.m. Again"
that was hilarious.

Wooh, first post!

The beginning of this toon, with the repeated "Holy cwaps!" made me laugh more than I can remember laughing at any other Homestar cartoon. I actually refreshed and watched it several times over before even going on with the rest of the toon. This is one of my favorite things on the site, without a doubt.

I love the atmousphere, like the sound of the wind in the background. I love it when it gets all quiet in winter and the wind sounds like that, so it really added to the toon for me. Yeah, I know that's corny.

Anyway, nothing about this toon I didn't love...except...poor Coach Z. =( As funny as his situation was, it was still sad.

Nope, he's said it many times before, especially e-mail #105 - replacement. That's where I got my name from. :p

"Um, Cwapface."

This cartoon was very well done, in my opinion. However, it seemed like it ended rather abruptly. I was expecting to see more of Homestar giving presents to the other characters. Does anyone else share this opinion or is it just me?

Well, he never actually spoke to Homsar there.

Technically, he was. While he wasn't talking directly to him on a personal basis, he was still addressing him :p

And it wasn't really Homestar talking to him in the Pumpkin Carvenival-it was Strong Bad. And though he did adress him in the Homestarmy, I consider this the first time that he has talken to him.

All in all, this cartoon was great.

I think that when they made their first holiday toon (O Holy Crap) they attempted to be politically correct by saying, "Happy Holidays!", then realized how stupid it is to be so politically correct and wondering why anyone would be annoyed by a holiday that's hardly religious anymore anyways... So they parodied the political correctness by "Decemberween". I think its more of a joke on political correctness's behalf than trying to be politically correct.

I didn't notice any change in the voices. Maybe I'll watch it again and listen for it...

A VERY good holiday toon. Definitely made up for Halloween Fairstival and more.

Hilarious, only 7669 minutes left of Decemberween!

"Foolish Homestar. Decemberween is not about getting people presents. It's about getting people GOOD presents!!"

I loved it!! I didn't notice any change in the voices, either; I have had cable for some time though so maybe that made a difference?

:coachz: - No, i'm not alone...

Although it was a "fantasy" sequence, Homestar and Homsar did talk in the SB email "theme park." "Oh crap! It's tasteball already?"

Wow! I have just been owned! I politely withdraw my comment of Homestar and Homesar's conversation.

Definitely one of the best holiday cartoons there's been. So many good things about it, really. I really enjoyed the more high-quality character voices, and the beginning, and so many of the other oddities. Excellent all around.

This is a great toon. So many quotes to...quote off. Good jorb TBC for a well made toon. And now, I'm gonna be saying 'oh crap!' much more often.

Truly, this is the best Decemberween toon ever. Though, overall (meaning compared to all other things), it was probably a low A job, congratulations to the Brothers Chaps on another great toon!

Axesome. Very Axesome. It's nice to see Homestar taking the spotlight again.

Best XD Moment: Homsar ringing the paintbrush.

10/10

This was definately a fantastic episode. My favorite scene had to be when Homestar and Homsar were talking. Besides the Homestarmy I've never seen the two together in the same place. Not only that but they kinda had a conversation (if that's what you call that XD).

And that lady and gents, is why I love the holiday toons so much. ^_^

Like most people, I liked the fact that Homestar got to shine again. It's been a while.

Although, I didn't notice much of a voice change. Probably because of my connection.

Somehow I doubt they were trying to be politically correct there, seeing as the toon was about Strong Sad replacing "Oh Holy Night" with "Oh Holy Crap"... Very PC :P

But yes, the name Decemberween is a fairly obvious parody of political correctness.

It wasn't that great. I didn't like that it was set so late (just felt depressing) and I didn't like the contiunation of the Strong Sad in Bathtub meme, but that's just weird personal things. I liked Coach Z's scene. The Easter Egg didn't make up for the missing characters. I like the high quality voice, I don't see why people are complaining about that. So that's what I think.

I agree completely. When it ended I was like "Eh? What, it's over?" I really wanted to see Homestar give everyone else gifts. TBC really need to make a really long toon.

It's fine to disagree with people, you're completely entitled to your opinion. However, please don't insult people just to get your point across.

"You all have problems" is an insult, and the only people who do any pummeling around here are the tyrannical moderators.

Enough with the threats. If you don't like it, that's ok, but don't bad mouth people that did like it. Actually, I'm curious, why didn't you like it?
And.......TOTPD :eekdance:
