Senor and Mr. Bland have odd voices. I like the music when they introduce them. Anyone else think they'll add another toon which is the easter egg of kids book in toon form?

EDIT: Homestar's feet/blue soles glued to his feet look brighter in this toon.

Very nice. I loved the voice of the Grape Fairy.

Didn't expect the Grape Fairy to be some middle aged man. I give it a 9.5/10, it was really good. "I see a light!"

EDIT: They just added an easter egg that I KNOW wasn't there when I first watched the toon. Click the Gold Bowl at the end.

Holy crap! All the old forgotten characters came back!! :D And I cracked up so hard at the Grape Faerie's voice. I don't care what anyone says, I hope all of them become at least semi-regular characters now. :x

I really like the music when Strong Bad got squished, for some reason. And the Showdown song from "montage" came back! yey. :D

Funniest part: "HEEEYYY!...oh, wait. HEEEYYY... wait. HEY... wait."

Best Thing Ever

No kidding. I loved it.

The original book was entirely plot-based, while the cartoons are entirely character-based. It was intersting to see them meld the two.

Me gotta see that again!

some things I loved:
*the voices of all those characters we'd never heard before
*Mr. Bland Getting SBLOUNSKCHED!
*Homestar pwning the cheat
*The golbol
*The Grape Fairy's voice
*Pretty much everything else
*those awesome intros for the other characters
*The announcer's new look
*"These grapes are succulently crushing my windpipe! Ooh but they're seedless!"
*"Come on Pom pom, gimme the golbol! Okay, fine, you can give it to me for my birthday"

For some odd reason, I cried at the end of this, probably since I was born in 1996 and it gives me a small memory, I'm still wiping tears lol, I give the toon ifinitie numbers/ infinite numbers

I spazzed while watching it; I completely forgot it has been 10 years.

And awesome sauce, Homestarrunner.com's birthday is near mine! *Does a little dance*

This 'toon made me laugh. I liked the voices of the never-before-heard characters. And Pom Pom swearing. Go Pom Pom!

I've been trying to add an easter egg for like 10 minutes but other people are editing. It's getting frustrating.

EDIT: Does that say "SBLOUNCHKED!" when Senor gets squished?

This is awesome in every which way. This cheered me up a lot. Yay nostalgia!

I loved Senor's voice. It sounded like the old dumb Homestar XD Uhhnooo, I'm having a liiil twoubleeee.

Everything was retold in a very humorous manner and it was interesting to see them bring the original story into a more current edition. Is it me or have the Brothers Chaps changed in humor since their break? Even the short one after their father died. The humor seems more mature while staying at a kid-friendly level and I really like this, although one of the things I loved about Homestar when I first saw it was the innocence it had. It reminded me of the cartoons I loved when I was a kid and just brought me back to a time when life was simpler for me. This cartoon was nice and nostalgic for that reason alone.

Yes.

Awesome toon.

I liked that plug out of nowhere. I remember reading original book so when that part came up I'm like "Hey there outside how are they going to shut down the robot?" Then when I saw it I started laughing.

The sound was really low in this one... I had to turn up my speakers all the way just to hear it.

Technically, it's not Homestarrunner.com's birthday, it's Homestar's.

That was the best thing I have seen, done, and eaten. Homestar just gets better an' better, in my opinion. I love the modernized Storybook characters. That was a great way to celebrate 10 years of our favorite everybody everybody.

Now when the actual website reaches ten years, think they'll do a modernized version of Marshmallow's Last Stand? :p

Wow. That was really cool. They put it up a little after 6, because I checked for updates, played around in mspaint for a while, came back to look at something and it was there. I showed it to my sister, she's not a big fan but she loved it, too. That was so good, I'll wear my Homsar shirt tomorrow.

That was the best piece of Remastered Homestar History I've ever seen, in my opinion, it's now my favorite cartoon, and I cried at the end too, whoever said that, and I even hummed the old intro song at the end along with it, then said "Homestar Runner, I don't know what I'd do without you."(although the Strong Bad making fun of them part was annoying, Strong Bad wouldn't shut up, but the "Hey!", "Pom Pom Cursing", and "Homestar wanting SB's autograph was funny)

Wow. This toon...it's so great.

I was always hoping they'd do something like this, and what better time to do it than now?

That was probably the best thing I've ever seen on the internet. And I would have more to say, except my last attempt to post this reply, which had everything I said about it, was killed unmercifully at the last second because of my dad and now I can't remember what it was.Well, now we just have to wait until the twentieth anniversary for "Where My Hat is At?".

Sorry, I meant Homestar's. I'm a little spazzy at the moment. I was close. :D

Yes, this toon was great.

I'm hoping to see more of that grape fairy in the future. And the others, too.

THE BROTHER CHAPS WIN THE INTERNET. AGAIN.

Now that's the good old fashioned Homestar-centered fun that got me to fall in love with the site in the first place. When the toon was just starting, I jumped out of my seat crying out, "THAT'S THE BOOK! THAT'S THE BOOK!" I was ecstatic. My favorite parts definitely have to be The Grape Fairy's voice, the electric outlet in the middle of the meadow, Homestar's pwnsome The Cheat Kick... even the Golbol easter egg had me laughing.
This toon gets 10/10 easy, yo. Yay for double digits!

I'm probably wrong, but that music that played when they introduced Mr. Bland and company, it sounded like it was from Heli Attack 3...

Just my opinion. I'm doubtful about it, though.

Wow, the Announcer looks all shiny and purdy!
They need to do some sort of follow up, like if H*R existed in the 80s. I'd love to see :hr: with a mullet :D
AND HOMESTAR'S PLAYIN CHEATYSACK!

AWESOME!

Great toon for the 10th anniversary. The entrance scenes for Mr. Bland, the Robot, and Senor were excellent.

I'm pretty sure the music's been used somewhere on the site before, though I have no idea where. It sounds really familiar though.

Hah, yes, an awesome remake indeed!
The Jersey-jerk Grape Fairy made me almost fall off my chair.
9/10.
