You're really overanalyzing this, so I'll overanalyze it more. Strong Bad is completely random, so we can expect him to place the "No Loafing" sign wherever he feels it due. To prove this point, remember in the the sbemail, 'credit card'? He just bought a spaceship, two killer robots and a bunch of rocket launchers on a whim.

Don't forget that in 2 years the sign was over the dryer. Maybe Strong Bad bought more than one so that where ever someone goes, they're reminded not to loaf.

Then again, that was in the '80s--he could have easily bought more by the time he did the sbemail 'No loafing'.

Maybe he moved it to the left side of the wall before "recording" the email "no loafing".

Well hey big ol' egg has now found two of those more subtle little things. This could get interesting!

I think it's sort of there for the sake of detail. Just about being where you can see it. Sort of like how when people draw little flowers, all of them are facing you in the painting, although that's never true. Leaves seem to always face you in drawn pictures anyways. Or, it's just about moving stuff around randomly, like cleaning your house. Just moving a picture from a table to a wall, plant from window to another window, etc.
