Both the easter eggs had me laughing out loud, but the email itself just didn't impress me at all. I mean, its good to have a reassurance of how utterly cool Pom-Pom is despite the fact he's best friends with Homestar, but you can tell this is all TBC were trying to bring across... Maybe we shouldn't expect every email to be awexome just because they had that long streak of really good emails.

This e-mail was short and simple. A nod to the classics one-liners of yore. It wasn't the funniest, but the COMBO thing was funny. And the eggs were great.

OOooh, my thread lost. I feel somehow...defeated.

Great outings today! These are definitely two inspired outings.

I loved homestar's appearance, and the documentary idea was clever.

And Swooshoman, what sound of music ref.?

It's funny that he would assume that PomPom was full of some sort of gas.

Where he writes... "Dear General and Fraulein Pom Pom,
I though that was pretty clever... would this imply that he grew up in a home fo seven children? In fact... I'm gonna go write a fanfic about that!

Loved the action, loved the kamikaze bandanna, loved the easter eggs (two Abdi's and a Viklas.), loved the fact that it starred Pom-Pom, loved the whole E-mail. Short and Sweet. I hope this is not the last we've seen of Pom-Pom. And by "hope", I mean "know."
s'good.

Liked this one. Not one of the best, but a quiet success and undoubtedly better than last week's. Seeing Strong Bad humiliated always makes me smile, and Pom Pom doing it only adds to the fun. The best bit was the e-mail poker at the end.

60000000000000/10. This is the first time since Marshmallow's Last Stand that Strong Bad has gotten the everloving crap beaten out of him. I hope that this is not the last time. We salute you, Pom Pom, for having beaten Strong Bad to a pulp in a homage to Street Fighter II. :pom: :usa: *Stars and Stripes Forever starts playing in the backround*

Not a bad email, but not among the best. I still am not a fan of Pom Pom. But TBC have definitely done a great job (a great jearaeorb?) these past couple weeks of keeping new stuff coming down the assembly line fairly quickly.

Not quite sure what was meant by the whole "dot egg" exchange. It can't possibly be a coincidence that the phrases "dot egg" and "dot org" are pronounced the same by Coach Z, yet the dialogue doesn't seem to take advantage of this fact...

that's a reference to "first Time here?" when homestar can't say homestarrunner.com right (homestarrunner.net, it's dot com!)

This e-mail was above average, but by no means was it great. It was much better than Cheat-Day, anyway. Homestar and Strong Bad were both hilarious, as usual, and it was nice to see something centered around Pom Pom.

Highlights:

Homestar and Strong Bad dialogue
Strong Bad getting the ever-loving snot beat out of him
Easter Eggs

I liked the whole "Dot Egg" bit. It further takes the joke that Homestar can't say ".com"

Hrmm...9.25/10. This lost points for being a little too straightforward, but it gained a boatload for A) seeing Strong Bad get the crap beaten out of him and B) seeing PomPom show off his martial arts abilities. A definate improvement over Cheatday though.(one of the worst Compy 386 emails in my opinion)

I liked it. The letter easter egg was funny, as was the poker easter egg (reference to monkeydude shows TBC is always there to give reminders to the other e-mails out there). Although some will mock me for this, I thought Cheatday was better.

Also, the reference to the BMW lighter was done well. The email wasn't the best, but good.

Actually, all three of those names were from previous e-mails. Abdi is from "some kinda robot" and "viklas" is from...eh, I forget, look it up in the wiki. :P

It was okay, I guess... did anyone else notice his song was about gambling with E-mail, and there was an egg about- what else?- gambling with E-mails? I liked seeing Pom Pom, you know, just to make sure he wasn't dead or anything like that... Also love how after Strong Bad finds out he's poking Homestar, he continues to, and even futs the flame to him!

A very nice short e-mail!

It featured Pom Pom, who is used way to little. (And which further makes me think TBC reads this site, at least secretly.) And had some great jokes for Bubs and Homestar!

I liked it! And well... we knew Pom Pom did martial arts, if that Homestar Runner song is any indication!

Still.. would it hurt that much to be hit with the blunt stubby arm of an inflated person?

'Hey Pom Pom! Hit me in the gut I dare ya!'

'OOOF!'

Didn't we mention Pom Pom getting poked with a pin in the "sbemail 200!!! :o" thread, too?

Yep.. I think it was mentioned.. Heck.. I think *I* might have mentioned it in fact... Although not entirely sure.

Either way I did not sent that e-mail. The only one I ever sent was one asking Strong Bad for culinary tips... I think he'd probably set at least one person on fire that way or something. ;) 'Sides.. he seems to like to talk about baking every once in a while.

Yeah, I think that was the point of the egg...

Viklas is from "little questions".

It was nice. Not one of the best, but one that could slip under the radar as an "underrated" email. :pom: needs to be in it more often. And this awesome more often. *1up sound*

Rampant nonsensical speculation....

Since Pom Pom got a 1-up out of pummeling Strong Bad in the air, does that mean that if he WOULD pop, he'd come back because he still has a 1-up?

I'd mail Strong Bad for it, but if he got that mail he'd probably say. 'I did NOT get pummeled! Okay!' ;)

He'd probably explode Megaman style, with all those little pulsing white spheres spreading outwards, then gets beamed down again in an orange coloured Megaman style beam. ;)

It'd fit the TBC's style of humour I think! Although more as some sort of easter egg along the vein of Super Kingio Brothers.

They should've shown him explode, video-game style, as an easter egg and a passerby (Homestar, preferably) would come and... I'll spare you my horrid idea. Your brains very well might explode! I'm just gonna say now as a sorta disclaimer: I write tons of Homestar fanfiction, but never give it to any fanfiction sites? Wanna know why? Its all terrible, mindless dribble! Oh well... I write more as a hobby anyway!
