Wow, a Sunday E-mail? That's unusual, to say the least.

This one was a bit...odd. Not bad odd, just odd odd.

Is it just me, or was Marzipan... unusually awesome in this? :D Normally she's just sort of one of those background characters you don't really notice, but she had a pretty big role in this one, and she was actually hilarious for the most part! I loved all her fancy names for all the colors. "And now you ALL can feel guilty!"

Yeah, it was a... really weird concept for an email, almost as weird as "disconnected", but I still laughed quite a few times, especially during the school scenes (for some reason Homsar spelling "TURD" with the blocks cracked me up. I'm so immature. X3). And seriously, best easter egg EVER at the end there. :) I bet we'll be seeing lots of people posting screenshots of that in the Arts and Crafts forum haha.

Is it just me or did The Cheat actually TALK in this? When Strong Bad tells him to start working on the "Laser Limes" he very clearly says "Okay!" It's kinda creepy o_O

Feline...that was awesome. I need to send that to a friend of mine now.

But from now on, let's try not to post your artwork here. We have a thread for that down in A&C.

I don't know - the easter egg was awesome, of course, but I think I'll have to give the rest of it another watch before I can really decide. It seemed quite a peculiar e-mail to have settled on.

It is fairly unusual, and as far as I am aware of, we've also had "highschool" released at 11:00 PM on Sunday (h*r.com calling it Monday), Summer Short Shorts released at 1:00 AM Tuesday (h*r.com calling it Monday), and Halloween Potion-ma-jig released 1:30 AM Tuesday, Nov 1 (Main page claimed ?????).

If anybody has any other information regarding other toons released on a different date (Eastern time) than what the h*r.com main page advertised, or know what the main page said after Potion-ma-jig was released, I would appreciate a PM.

For the record, I thought this was an INCREDIBLE email. Much better than average. It has everything going for it. New concepts galore, nostalgia, wacky humor all-the-time, stuff you're not gonna notice until your 5th time viewing, numerous Easter eggs, Easter egg with unlimited possibilities... The l33tspeak alphabet is what did me in.

I love how Marzipan's worldviews are being better and more radically defined. She used to be so... down to earth?

feline, that is awesome.

Is it wrong to be proud of your first wiki-edit? I mean, it was just the addition of the Preeeeow info, but it still feels like an accomplishment.

I really liked this email. One of my favorites. And the easter egg is KILLER!!! What a good mail... and if we get an awesome Halloween toon next week, well...... uh... it's been a good two weeks! lol.

No seriously. I loved this email. Feels more classic than some of the newer ones have felt.

Whoohoo! Or, should I say "Awww YEAAH-HAH!" in keeping with Limozeen?

Supberb email. There were very few (maybe no?) places where I wasn't actually LAUGHING. Definately made up for the weak half of retirement, and for the cruddy Limozeen bit in Short Shorts.

I never thought Marzipan could be more Wishy-Washy (TM). Next she'll be making Homestar and SB play the "Everybody Wins" game. Which Strong-Bad would Ultimately Lose, due to Dumbstar's uncanny abillity to stay one step ahead of him.

Only Strong Bad could take an e-mail about stupid crayon color names and find the opportunity to take cheap shots at politically-correct non-competitive learning environments. It's Social Commen-terrific! Plus I can tell the fans are gonna have fun with that Limozeen coloring book Easter Egg...

Now that I think of it, it is kinda creepy how close the Cheat's "OK" came to sounding like English words.

"What kinda cult are you running here?!?"
"Oh, a pretty standard one."

Pretty nice. I didn't much care for the first part, but Marzipan's kindergarten was hilarious. I wonder what pressed bunson actually is? 7/10.

Marzipan's PC/hippie kindergarten class was awesome.

Oh, man. This was hilarious. Just yesterday I had a brief talk to two of my younger siblings to how they were called "cray-ons" and not "crouns", so that part really cracked me up. :bubs:

You get a gold star!

So.... Homestar is dating his teacher, eh?

Kinky.

I love the subtle political commentary is this one. This has got to be a first for a Strong Bad e-mail.

Also, Marzipan's "No, it's an F" comment was great.

The awesome easter egg was the icing on the cake.

I thought this Strong Bad Email was great. Marzipan was my favorite character in this Strong Bad Email. But I was hoping that this week we were going to get a Big Toon.

I guess I'm odd, because I really don't like the social commentary. It just makes me feel uncomfortable when I want to do nothing more than watch a cartoon. I mean to say, there are plenty of internet flame wars I could be joining or newspaper articles I could be reading if I wanted to hear someone's thoughts on education.

I loved that part, too! I still remember growing up and saying "crowns" when I meant "crayons," and my parents correcting me and my older sister...then all four of us correcting my two younger siblings...

Hmm... I would very much enjoy seeing these 'Lazor Lemons' in action.
Lazor Limes would be cool too.
