A new Super Bowl toon? Any thoughts? (Just figured I'd start a thread, seeing as how I don't think there is one yet).

If anyone doesn't know what I'm talking about, check out the main page. There's a new... 'Teaser', about a halftime update!!!

Obligatory Wiki link added by InterruptorJones: Peasant's Quest Movie Trailer

Note: Before you whine about how it's taking too long to load, check the Wiki for mirrors.

Im guessing its just gonna be a regular update at halftime, seeing as there is the time with lots of stuff not worth watching.

First thing that came to mind when I saw that was "wardrobe malfunction"; either Naked Homestar or Strong Mad yelling "WARDROBE MALFUNCTION! WARDROBE MALFUNCTION!"

Time will tell.

Would not happen. Hopefully TBC would never reference to that.

Not only do I hope that TBC never reference the wardrobe malfunction, but at this late a date, I want to punch anybody that DOES make reference to it. It was just a boob. Get over it.

Why? I think it, and the resulting poo storm it unleashed, was hillarious!I don't think enough people have made fun of what happened. To even act like what happened was an accident should open on to more "making fun of" than we are capable of giving them. I didn't know how uptight people were in this country. Like you said, it was just a boob.

Anyway, back to the toon.

It'd be hillarious if it had nothing to do with the game at all, or maybe if they were all acting like something was on TV that they thought they should watch, but can't remember what. Or, maybe, they could be watching the game and Marzipan could come in and switch the channel to something like Heidi.

Still a wardrobe malfunction joke could be funny if done correctly.

Perhaps we could be treated to a REALLY expensive Fluffy Puff commercial, although I hope not.

We had a similar conversation with The Thanksgiving cartoon.
It was a one time only thing, TBC should take some time off and relax.
The more time off, the more original the cartoon.

All right! A combonation of my two favorite things, football and Homestar. I'm kinda hoping that the Homestar gang will be watching the game, and then at halftime they'll go out and play a pick-up game. I just think it would be fun to watch.

Go to the H*R main page...

Under What's new there will be a blue bubble that says "Super Bowl Halftime" or something like that...click it, and a message will come up.

Hope this helps!

What time will the halftime of the "Super Bowl" (is that American Football?) be (say what timezone you're referring to as well please)?

Am I missing something? What is a "wardrobe malfunction", and what do you mean by it?

Everyone's new favorite Jackson, Janet, Had a portion of her outfit somewhat violently ripped off her body by everyone's second favorite Timberlake, Justin.

It created a big political storm, new FCC rules and fines, fines, fines.
Janet acted dumb, saying that it shouldn't have happened....oh yeah, like you always wear pasties underneath your outfit.

Mr. Timberlake has since been rendered infertile in order to keep the peace. We can't have pop stars running around unclothing others, can we? There'd be chaos!

I hope they don't reference the wardrobe malfunction.

To answer your questions:

Yes, it is American Football (Patriots and the the Eagles are playing)
And the game starts at 6:30 EST (I think)

When it's out, yes.

I think it'd be funny if they played a little football.

And I'm glad their doing it during half-time, instead of after the 'bowl or Monday. A new Simpsons is on after the game, and I'm anxious to see it, and I just can't wait 'till Monday.

Oh, is it that incident, I saw that on the news (like probably the rest of the world, and surprisingly, networks 7 & 9 blurred it when they showed it on their news, but network 10 didn't blur it on Ten News). Yeah, I'll have to agree. Though Naked Homestar saying that would be funny, it's just not right.

Assuming EST is the American EST, and assuming it isn't Daylight Savings Time (you're having Winter) and I found out it is on 6 Feb, so then it will start 10:30 AM my local time on Monday 7 Feb. Thanks for another helpful answer from ikipapa1.

I don't think they should reference the wardrobe malfunction. We should just leave poor Janet Jackson alone! Let her live!
