(1) I love how Stuntman calls him "Gunshaver" , showing how undedicated even the voice actors are, explaining the quality of Saturday Morning Cartoons! I bet real voice actors don't know their characters names...

(2) The first half, like I said, was very funny, parodizing a public service announcement. Not "random" though. The second part seemed to parodize rap itself, but where did spring break come from?

(3) It's not a step back for HR to do this kind of rap, because it's more of the style of the GI Joe era "rap", which is the period most of HR is based off of. That's why I love CC so much--takes me back to my days of living in the 90s but pretending i was a child of the 80s.

The Brothas Chaps are on a mothahubbard roll! Last week the craziness of the drive-thru whale, this week the awesomenitude of the quote "KIDZ DON'T PLAY WIT 2 MANY KNIVES." Brilliance.

So, as dumb as this sounds, I'm changing my MySpace slogan right now to "How can a man choose between fresh and fly?"

And...riggidy-roll??? What, did Cheat Commandos jump the shark or something? They should have a wedding, or have a baby, or kill someone off.

I'ma ride the wave with the Twinkies from teh 7th Heaven here (was hi'r 7th post).

I think they're stretching out; something that has to be done every once in a while in an art venture like theirs. I love to watch it; I've been a fan since the early days somewhere around email 20 or so --YES I feel old, Cybernetic Teenybopper-- ;). They've consistently stretched in directions that are PG or better, and I love it all the more.

I second that: 32/12 for TBC (or as we sometimes-math nerds like to call it --> precisely-almost-equals-exp(1). Props to Twink for "awesomenitude" as well, as it so well applies AND is so fun to say.

So does this mean that Crack Stuntman is not a cartoon? And the "Husband of the Year" has fairly human features.
In the end, it doesn't matter, it was one of the funniest thing on the whole site, and that takes quite a bit to do.

I think the singers' verse at the end should be Download our number one jam! Since there's only one song to download.
I also thought that going "Poo-ha-huh-ha-huh" was fun and ridiculous at the same time. Hee hee.

I love that he points to his nametag (Crack) as he says "and there's not a whole lot to do."

Screen.

I'm giggling insanely at that thing you pointed out. ;)

Also, is it wrong to have dirty thoughts and feelings with that last verse with the lady? Doubled with the fact that I'm female.

Must be the 'lectric guitar.

Off-topic, but my username has little to do with any teenybopping on my behalf and more to do with a strange phrase I coined on a completely different forum and then decided would make for a high-larry-ous username elsewhere. :P

I'm predicting that today in the weekly updated Sketchbook, we might see the Bros. Chaps' sketched ideas for Crack Stuntman, along with a quote from "Drive-Thru."*

*There was a quote from The Movies, then one from KOT's VOQPCS, then one related to MAM ver. 14.2, and one from Your Funeral. Hey, it's a possiblity for a quote from Drive-Thru to appear.

And I mean the "cool" bad. Like when you watch a gnarly skating trick and say "that's so bad".

I laughed very hard XD Crack Stuntman and his hilariously frightening face and his limited animation. I don't think he was scary-looking so much as it's just odd seeing an actual human in Homestar other than the incredibly stylized ones like Biscuit Dough Hands Man and Monte Negro :-[

I've decided that it should be 'badd." i dont know if thats accurate in pop culture, but its what i'll say now. er, type...

Hey, I'm extreamly new here. I just saw the new toon and can't download the number one jam because I'm on a mac and I've never been able to do that. So is there another way to download it? I tried getting on the family dell, but that didn't work.

Thanks.

Try this:

-Go to the wiki page for "an Important Rap Song"

-Scroll down to the "External Links" section at the bottom of the page

-Control-click on "download the song 'An Important Rap Song'"

That should work.

Crack Stuntman has a much squarer chin, though. Their noses bear some similarity, though.

Great to see TBC break off from the Strong Bad formula and do something totally different. I'm getting a bit tired of Strong Bad E-Mails and the way even the other toons are becoming Sb_email'ish (drive-thru, for example).

This is a hilarious song! It is somewhat random, with Spring Break, Holla for a Dollar, and Poo-ha-ha-ha-ha

Look at how compressed it is (80 kbps @ Constant Bit Rate).

It's just like with JPEGs how some people whine about their quality - sure it looks poor if you compress the image too heavily.

If they had compressed it to about 160-192kbps (Variable Bit Rate), the song would've sounded much better.

This song is dangerous!

My sister is a HSR fan. Yesterday she came up to me with a handful of knives saying "Hey, watch this! 'Kids don't play with too many knives!!' "

I had to say "Dude, screw what Crack Stuntman says, don't play with any knives!" X-(

Does the folksinger in "for kids" ("Stave it off, 1,2,3...") count?

And: What is the difference between "fresh" and "fly"?

I like the way Crack's rap is supposed to have a serious reasoning behind it, but he really just talks about "spring break" throughout 90% of the song.

Dang catchy, it was, though. :)

"Poo, ha huh ha huh...poo ha huh ha huh...
Poo, ha huh ha huh...poo ha huh ha huh..."
