Pom Pom is The Man, man. "Stick it to The Man!" ;)

Very interesting. Theme weaving even. I'm more and more persuaded of a The Paper's Demise lead-in all the time.

You know, re-watching this, for some strange reason it seems a bit odd to me that SS would be computer clueless. After all, he's got a LiveJournal, and he seems suffiiciently nerdy enough (more nerdy than SB would ever acknowledge being, at least) that he'd at least know what was going on.

I thought it was very good. We saw alot more of the office, which has remained one of the more mysterious of settings, and we found out that Bubs isn't the boss, but Pom Pom is!!
Besides the new setting information, it was pretty funny too, for all of the reasons mentioned above. The gnome game was cool also.

In total: 8/10

Sweet! I already ride plastic goldfishes for a job, i got my majors in it. Anyways, i got to like, 20000 on the gnome game. I give it a 4/5. It would've been higher but way too short.

There were some nice jokes in this one. Had to laugh at the site of HR on a Goldfish. I also like workplace SB in general.

Then we get more DNA Evidence. Yaaaaay...

I think they are trying TOO HARD to make it an in-joke, really. I mean, you didn't have Trogdor in 5 consecutive emails after his first appearance, did you? No, they spaced him out... Now they are forcing this on us...

Just curious.

How many here are old enough to have worked in a "cube farm?"

They may not get this one, because they may not have experienced it.

Trust me. This one was funny, and right on the money.

Don't believe me? Check out "cube farm" and the cube farm report.

http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=cubefarm

Living proof that life in the "cubes" hasn't changed since I was a "cube dweller."

:p

I'm surprised nobody noticed that during the e-mail, you can see a shadow reflected on SB's head from the grate above him.

I was a cube farm type dweller for some years, before going back to school. This email was a pretty close facsimile, except the Big Cheese didn't EVER actually visit the farm (or even the same city...).

Since apparently installing a firewall in Strong Bad's imagination is okay in this universe, does that mean that mind control is legal? That's creepy.

Yeah, I thought that too.

New record!!!?

I enjoyed the email, it was unique and fun. I like how Strong Bad doubled back a little when Bubs mentioned the imagination firewall. Evil Bubs.

Only at work. You can get away with anything so long as it's only your employees! :P

I almost forgot there was an email this week.

THis one was really funny. It reminded me of Dilbert also, where they never seem to be getting anything done, despite looking like they are.

PlotHOLE???!

But this also shows why I do not want a white collar job at some nameless business. No freedom to do what I want when I want.

I loved this email, especially the gnome game at the end. It was so typical of those terrible Flash ads (Lots of gradients, traced images, etc...). Five stars!

Is there a being among you that believes that this was a 'Real World Reference' and should be added to the wiki article, or am I just chasing a phantom gag?

I'm with you, now. First time I watched it I thought SS said "cute neighbor," which was wrong in a lot of ways.
The Wilson reference sits much better with me.

How come I'm the one who noticed that Strong Bad said a word pronounced with an "ur" sound as an "oi" sound? Hm? That's two sbemails in a row! In email 168 he said "taxidoimied" and now he says "back to woik." I guess we should add a small description about his pronounce-words-like-the-people-in-the-upper-eastern-US habit in his article or something.

No, his NEIGHBOR scares me. :P

You're right, though. That certainly explains were all those viruses came from. XD I'm a little surprised they work on his computer, though... :P

I ENJOYED THIS EMAIL MUCHLY.

I was tres sad I didn't get to see Strong Bad in that pantsuit, though.

I adored Homestar's dream job. It was so cute. Homestar's such a little kid.

SO FULL OF CHILDLIKE WONDER KAJDS. <3

That's totally my background now.

There's a post only a few above you that I'm rather surprised you did not respond to or reference in any way. I hope that doesn't mean I'm being judgemental. XD

What's wrong with Wilson? He was one of the coolest characters in the show. Ah, Wilson - always sharing words of wisdom and never showing his face.

I want a glittery pantsuit! Great email.

But flying on that goldfish with that toothbrush would ROCK!

My brother thought the same thing. And I know he doesn't like Strong Bad/Strong Sad, because I showed him a Strong Bad/Strong Sad fic that I wrote and he was understandably grossed out.

Wilson rules. Although, I didn't like seeing him in a loincloth.

It wasn't as funny as I would have hoped, but it was very creative I loved the Corpy, DNA evidence, game, HR's imagination, and Pom-Pom and Strong Sad's involvement. Watch it twice, it's better the second time!

Good, but not great.
