It would be funny-weird if all of the characters were actually dressed up as the person in front of them in the line of people. Like, Coach Z would be Bubs, Bubs is Graw Mad, Graw Mad is Strong Bad (assuming Strong Bad is the alien), Strong Bad is The Cheat, The Cheat is Homestar, and so on.

But Graw Mad wouldn't fit into that alien costume.
And Homestar and Homsar aren't smart enough to do that.
At least Homsar isn't.

That's not proof of anything. Anyway, Sloshy, as for Homsar's 'wheels' take a look at his legs. They don't look normal, with feeet and legs, but rather as a solid mass. But like I said, I don't think they are wheels, they're not really round.

If you zoom in there are lumps on it, though. Earrings, Necklaces, and mustaches usually don't have lumps randomly like that.

But that's probably an accident.

I don't think you can really 'reserve' a spot to do the easter eggs. People will add them when they find them.
