Well, it looks like there tends to be an acknowledgement about what number an email falls under. That is, the email number is mentioned within the email (Pizza Joint - 179, Nightlife - 185, Winter Pool - 187, and now Pet Show - 189). Only 11 more 'til 200.

I liked how the Cheat was actually helping SB to cheat, like in the good ol' days. That ending was off the high end of the randomness scale though. =O

It was pretty good, but some of the jokes didn't fit together for me.
I mean, potatoes? They kinda lost me there.

This sbemail had a classic flavor mixed with a decidedly new-era flavor. It was quite tasty.

Aww, I thought the Cheat was really cute in this one. :cheat: Personally my favorite part was Strong Mad's "I'M SORRY!" because I didn't expect it. Strong Sad as a hairdresser was really funny too. I laughed out loud.

That was hi-larious.
The  part was solid gold, and :marzi: putting a leash on "Fluffles" was funny too.
But, of course, my favorite part was POTATOES!!!!!! Friend a' mine plans to open a potato farm in Idaho, so I found that pretty funny. :eekdance:

Potatoes?!

Methinks a reference to Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy?

Heh? Heeeehhh?? ;)

Good for quite a few laughs, especially Strong Sad and his black female or something similar talk. :D

Ho-hum. I didn't think this one was that funny, really. I mean, there were jokes, and they were snicker-worthy, but I dunno...it all seemed a little disjointed to me. :\

I also happened to notice that when the initial pan with the contestants, the wooden floor remains stationary camera-wise.

Does that make any sense?

It was either black woman or gay man. It's honestly hard to tell.

Not that it matters much. Either way, it's funny.

Sorry for not noticing :homsar: , but what are you talking about with either black female or homosexual man?

The joke was that  was talking like a gay man, because almost all male hairstylists are gay.

Heh, Strong Bad doesn't know what QLD stands for. It's far too hot up there anyway. I prefer Tas. Much cooler. Pity I'm stuck in the ACT and its stupid hot summers and cold winters.

Okay, enough state abbrevations. So anyway, I thought Strong Sad was just being a stereotypical hairdresser who talks too much. And when Trivia Time showed up, I forgot he was supposed to be a rejected character and only remembered when he turned out to be a cookie jar. I think fandom has spoiled me.

Plus, most all gay men talk like black women.

Strong Sad and Homestar made some great appearances in this one. Sadly, this email is disqualified for use of relish foot.

Bit random for a sbemail. I mean, potatoes? What?
Heh, the KoT might have been the star one-liner of this one. And "Meh".

Am I the only one who got creeped out by The Cheat in this one, especially at the end?

Also, holy crap the King of Town was funny without making fun of himself. You don't see that very often.

An entertaining mix of old and new Homestar Runner style storylines. I liked the montage of The Cheat doing what he does best (cheating), and the alternate jokes about what else QLD could stand for.

It was also entertaining to see Trivia Time the cookie jar entered in the pet show. And Strong Bad's pile-of-potatoes distraction was wonderfully random.

Potatoes. You peel them. It was a pun. What's so random about that?

Holy crap, this ruled!

We saw trivia time again, which was good. Marzipan showed how much power she has over Homestar. The Cheat caused all sorts of trouble, and was very... sheeny. And the KOT had a good food related device.

i seriously enjoyed this email. The TBC is on a roll, and i hope they keep up this high standard of emails.

Potatoes!
