Shwoo can write the script for the manga. I'll draw it. Checkot can be the fanbase, passing the time writing smutty fanfics and having ship wars with herself.

Homestar/Strong Bad is totally the cutest couple ever.

dsfkdfdf HOMESTAR IS SO MEANT FOR COACH Z WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT CHECKOT!

IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT I'M POSTING YOU DON'T HAVE TO READ IT FGSFDS

I would be an awesome fanbase.

I just had this crazy idea: Homestar/Champeen! If she had been a character, she would have had more in common with him than Marzipan. Besides, you know they'd look cute together.

Okay... That's really weird... Not because I disagree with you because I don't, but because I thought of that pairing for the first time last night.

I was just thinking that if she was in the toons from the start, there probably would've been some hints about her being more suited for him than Marzipan because they're so similar. So yeah. I agree with you.

Great minds think alike. I'd write a Homestar/Champeen fic,but a romantic H*R story just seems impossible. I wish I had the talent for drawing so I could make some fanart of the pairing. T_T

I'm sure it could be done if it was played for laughs. For example, having Homestar have the idea that dates are boring because he's also been bored on his dates with Marzipan, and being confused when he and Champeen do something they both enjoy. That could be both humourous and romantic.

Yay! Thanks!

Sooo...now I am kind of embarassed to admit that I've really gotten into the world of H*R shipping and like Strong Sad/Marzipan, Homestar/Champeen, Bubs/Coach Z, and Pom-Pom/Homestar. Heaven help me. XD

If you're wondering where my Pom-Pom/Homestar love came from, it's this fanart piece:http://homestarshippy.deviantart.com/art/Moonlight-Whispers-Cassquet-9279695

Yay. Homestar Runner shipping needs more love. Especially pairings that aren't Homestar/Strong Bad.

I've seen that one! It's quite good. I'm pretty sure I've seen just about every piece of Homestar Runner shippiness on deviantART, actually.

I don't think that's something you can explain. Either you think it's funny, or you don't. What was it Kartoon Kween'D said about its embarassing older brother, Homestar Runner porn? Oh yeah.

I'd have to agree with that.

The thing about Homestar Runner fanfiction is that you get, like, no feedback. It's frustrating. Anyway, your spelling doesn't look too bad, but when writing stories you should capitalise and punctuate correctly. It's really important.

As far as I can tell, a really important thing in creative writing is not to jar the reader of the story, and poor spelling/grammar/capitalisation/punctuation will do that really quickly. To imitate the character voices, I try to hear their voices saying the dialogue I've given them, and tweak the dialogue if I can't hear them. Finally, once you've finished your story or a decent chunk of your story, you should read it over to make sure it flows, and make some changes where changes are needed. You can stop doing that when you stop seeing changes that need to be made.

I hope that helps. I haven't eaten yet so I'm probably a bit out of it.

yeak, ok, cause i was finally gonna do a new fan-fic. on a real-world human who gets sucked into the internet world after a lighting bolt hits his electrical system and wakes up in free country U.S.A with the homestar charecters confusing random charecters with him......i'm not gonna reveal the rest, sombody might take my idea. shure it's not ever gonna happen in real life if your house gets hit by a lighting bolt(i've tried!!!!) but it's worth a shot.

I really hope the Chapman brothers make fun of you all because this is the most ridiculous, reclusive, childish, pathetic and just plain retarded thread I have ever read. I really am surprised that this shipping/slash bs has even made it's way here. You do realize this is exactly the type of stuff Homestar Runner website makes fun of?

no u

Honestly. What's wrong with having fun? You don't enjoy shipping. That's obvious. I don't see the appeal of it in a lot of fandoms either. Not this one obviously. But that doesn't give you the right to dictate what other people should and shouldn't be talking about. It's fun for us and it's not hurting you. What's the problem?

And as far as I know, they've only made fun of shipping once, and that was very recently. Calm down.

^Indeed.

I am a major shipper in a whole lot of fandoms (even in Rammstein because I'm a slash fangirl), and I have discovered I like a few HR pairings.

SB/Marzi, Homestar/Marzi, and Coach Z/Bubs to name a few.

I've never been a huge fan of Pan/Bad, but didn't it seem like he really wanted to protect her from The Cheat in "shapeshifting?" It was kinda cute.

I thought he was just showing off, but it's pretty cute if you look at it from that perspective.

That wouldn't be just cute that'd be ADORABLE! In fact, I saw a drawing on Devientart that had SB/Pan and I loved it!

Does anyone know what drawing I'm talking about?

I coulda sworn I saw one by Musachan. I think she's mildly into Bad/Pan (actually she's into nearly everything). She clears out her accounts so much though, it's hard to keep up.

Could've been this one or this one. Ramrod linked to those two near the start of the thread.

Reasons I shouldn't Internet before breakfast: I looked at "Bad/Pan" and could not figure out what it meant. Strong Bad/Pan Pan...?

Since I posted about it here, I guess I should link to the first chapter of the harem anime thing. I've also written a second chapter, link's in the link, and the third chapter is done and is in the process of being edited to make it less horrible.
