What the heck?!?

EDIT: Now wikipedia isn't loading. This is getting weird.

My friend doesn't really like Jet Set Radio Future, I guess I can see why. It's the kind of game that you would only like if you liked games like Killer7. Both because of it's visual style and because a lot of the gameplay is
