As I said a couple posts back -- Super Mario World. :( You know, the first Mario game for the SNES.

Yeah, and furthermore, when I said "Old Mario Bros. game", I specifically said "Mario Bros.", as in "for the NES".

I didn't like Galaxy. The gimmicky part of it (spherical worlds) has already been done.

What you mean to say, I think, is that despite any faults a Mario game has, it's a Mario game and that alone makes it above average.

Usually that is the case, but comparatively, Sunshine was average, methinks.

The operative word there being "comparatively." In that case, I would agree with you.

Also, I only ever played the very first Paper Mario. Is this a bad thing y/n

Y, because Thousand Year Door is superior in every way and also a fantastic game and one of my favorite Mario games period.

Only Mario RPG that was better was Seven Stars.

Mario RPG is the best of the best. But I'm bias because I love RPGs.

Haven't decided, but it's probably 1 or 3 (2 was too hard...)

Especially if you use Game Genie.

Actually, now that I think about it, I don't even remember what I didn't like about it...

Also, I have Game Genie, but only for the Super Nintendo. And I don't have Super Mario All-Stars.

I still say that Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels is very difficult.

Are you sure? I beat it once on Super Mario Bros. Deluxe (you have to unlock it by getting a score of 300,000 or more in Original mode). Took me a while, but I beat it.

I prefer SMB2. I should really find me a ROM of Doki Doki Panic.

OH yeah, SMB3. Even though I could never get very far in it when I was a kid cuz I always sucked at vidja games until like a couple months ago, it was still way more enjoyable to me. SMB2 is interesting for its difference, tho.

I'd say 3; the reason I have more love for 1 is probably nostalgia. However, I'd go with World if it were an option (but it's not a Bros. game.)
