Yeah, that happened to me too. But I don't really actually read QC at all

At first I thought this was a grammar mistake. But then I remembered.

So I clicked on your link

Why does it act like Porplemontage is some internet famous organization

Very few in the casual internet have any idea what it is

I know it used to be a member of the porplemontage organization.

I'm saying if it wants (wanted?) to be successful, it might have been a good idea to not reference things that not a lot of people know about.

Horribleville. Almost flawless webcomic. The only time it's "meh" is when KC is feeling mopey but usually it's awesome. I suggest going through from the beginning.

Your definition of "flawless" is not the same as mine.

1. Poor drawing.
2. Rantings about how hard it is to come up with ideas.
3. Psycho ramblings about who knows what.

xkcd is awful. I could post that quote again if you like.

Xkcd is intentionally drawn using stick figures.

Horribleville is just poorly drawn.

There's a difference.

Also, just because you aren't smart enough to understand what xkcd is about most of the time doesn't mean it's about "who knows what."

OKAY YOU GUYS
Whether a webcomic is good or not is a matter of opinion. Different people have different opinions. Just because you don't like something doesn't mean you have the right to beat up on other people who don't, and vice versa.

^For a lot of the time.

However, you can't apply this to ever case. "Good" is not always in the eye of the beholder. There are some truly awful webcomics, just as there are some truly great webcomics. In the middle it becomes grey area, but that's nearly to be expected these days.

This.
However, even though the overwhelming majority of people may have an orgasm every time a new strip/page of a webcomic is released, there will always be haters.
No exceptions.

I'm tired of all this negative energy, so I'm changing the subject:

Dueling Analogs is pretty good.

Sorry I haven't had a 4 year college education yet.

Also all his "romantic" strips (which are like half the comic) make me go "what". I get what they are, but I don't get why he writes about them.

That's completely in the eye of the beholder. I completely disagree with you on that, but whatever.

Okay, in response to all the fussing that went on earlier between lahi and everyone else:

SHUT UP. Webcomics is serious business, stop making it not so with fighting.

And for the record: xkcd does not cater towards the masses. If you notice, the people who think it is hilarious are those who have gone a long way in the fields of mathematics and computer science, which tends to be in the 18+ demographic, one which this forum is on the lacking side as of late, which perfectly explains in my mind why not so many people here are fans of it. It's quite a clever comic, really. It's just that the humor in it is specialized, and people who don't realize that need to deal.
