So there's a lot of threads in here about shows you guys like, but what are some that should just stop airing for the good of mankind?

Here's a list of some of mine:

Assy McGee
Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job!
MadTV
Grey's Anatomy (blatant Scrubs rip-off)
Flavor of Love and all its spin-offs
The Real World (and just about all other reality shows)

All of those "hey this celebrity wants to have sex with you" shows about "love".

All those stupid sitcoms like two and a half men tick me off. The networks shovel them into your face until they suffocate any hope you had of finding the good shows. And then since no one is 'watching' the good shows they cancel them.

I hate all contest shows on Fox.

Everything on MTV or VH1, most things on Fox, and Inuyasha.

Fox does good things, like House and King of the Hill. Fox contest shows are awful. American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance are awfuller.

Yes, MTV and VH1 both suck. Although I want to watch the 2001 episode of I Love The New Millennium to see if they say anything about 9/11. Because I will never forget.

I also hate the anime on Cartoon Network. Both their Adult Swim anime and their regular kids anime.

They do. And they play All American Rejects in that segment.

Agreed. Anything with sex being presented as a central theme or synonymous with love, really.

Also, I hate pretty much everything on MTV, a lot of Adult Swim shows (not all), any reality show that doesn't contain any legitimate form of entertainment as its premise, most modern children's cartoons, and pretty much anything on G4 or SpikeTV that isn't Ninja Warrior.

Any celebrity "love" reality show.
The current teen drama. (I think it's Gossip Girl right now, although The Secret Life of the American Teenager may have replaced it.)
VH1 countdowns.

I have a strong disliking for virtually all contest shows, although AI like four years ago was bearable, and also the second season of the mole actually had sane regular people mixed with a killer mind game, so that rocked.

I know I'm going to get hate for this, but I'm tired of House. I dunno, I haven't watched the most recent season at all, but season three showed me a flanderization of pretty much every character on the show (except House himself, interestingly) and that coupled with a hefty bit of real-life drama that ended up getting mentally associated with the show, now I can't really watch it.

Wheeee.

I was so sick of Big Brother even after the first series. But they kept it going forever.

Got cancelled mid-season last week. Serves them right for pushing the concept so far, when no-one cared.

But, man, how annoyed would you be if you were in the house in that season?

I know what you mean, but Two and a Half Men is actually OK, compared to some of those other ones like My Wife and Kids and King of Queens.
They seem to follow the formula of 'if you shout it, it's a punchline.'

Anyone else notice the dramatic increase of game shows as of the past 2 years or so? Most of which are copies of so you think you can dance or american idol.
I hate deal or no deal, jeez, it doesn't take any skill at all, just luck.

I like every show mentioned in this thread almost. Other than CN anime. That definitely sucks.

Don't bother looking it up, it isn't worth it.

EDIT: Actually it has a pretty good opening theme, but the rest of the show was slow and weird and not very interesting. This is the full song.
