Why do we all think that these amazing things will happen? It didn't happen on 50, 100, or 150, so I don't think it'll happen on 200.

Because 200 is a huge, round number, that's why. Because both 100 and 150 were elaborate, and each milestone email tops the one before it. Because 250 is about two years away, and who knows whether they'll still even be making this cartoon then.

For reasons unexplained, sbemail 200 starts with Strong Bad checking the Tandy like it's an old sbemail... it will feel like a toon from the early days and the fact that it is number 200 will not even be addressed... leaving you all like, What? at the end.

To be honest, I'd rather NONE of those things happen on email 200, or even on their last toon. That would kinda ruin the site's bizzareness.

I still think it would be cool if TBC rickroll'd us the week after sbemail199, but I don't know if they're allowed to put Rick Astley's video on their site. Are they?

They'd almost surely have to get some kind of permission to post it directly on their site. Even then it's not really their style. On the other hand, something like a Coach Z parody of the video might be right up their alley. Too bad we just jinxed it not to happen.

Just one email away now!!! But as for what the big deuce double-ought would contain, you never know. On #100 they really downplayed it, not even mentioning it until the Compy congratulated him, and he celebrated by simply "saying email 100 times." Then again, on 150 they made more of a production out of it. You just never know what could happen. Maybe some Trogdor? And even if we didn't hex it, I think a Rick-Roll by Coach Z would be highly unlikely. It's not really their style. TBC prefers to slip in cultural references in the middle of some other crazy scenario.

Well, considering how big it is, it will probably be a good long time before it's released. My only hope is that they include Old-Timey Strong Bad in there (and maybe Senor Cardgage).

Also, remember the toon known as "SBEmail 150?!?"? Well, maybe they'll do something along those lines again.

One thing I love about these milestone emails is that they'er always epic in an unexpected and original way. I also love the "epic" emails they stick in close to halfway points like Gimmicks, 2 Emails, Virus, Retirement, and The Paper.

this may have been addressed already, but the cheat sort of DID talk in email 160 "coloring"

Strong Bad gets an email about crayon colors and realizes someone beat him to the punch on a color and tells the cheat to stop production on the color. the cheat says and it's not 100% clear but you can make it out...he says "ok" the K sound is definitely clear.

though I daresay that's hardly enough to consider it being full fledged speaking. just enough to tantalize
