Why don't we start doing some predictions for this year's Christmas? I mean, Decemberween?

Well, my only ideas involve the obligatory parodies of A Christmas Carol or It's a Wonderful Life.

Yeah, I've been holding out for a DVD-style release of "A Decemberween Carol" for some time now. And the reason I say it's DVD-style is because it's so big, it should be done like that. Here's what it could have with it:

--Commentaries
--Storyboards
--Deleted scenes
--Trailer (complete with the mock rating screen)
--A bonus cartoon: "A Holiday Greeting"

Of course not. TBC almost never recycle plotlines.

But I do get the feeling that this toon would also be shown on the stage like that one was.

I think that A Christmas Carol would be HILARIOUS if TBC made it into a cartoon.
XD especially if Homsar was one of the ghosts!
Woah... And The Cheat as Tiny Tim or something...
Oh lungs! A Decemberween Carol would be gold!

If they made an It's a Wonderful Life parody, could Homestar do that slow, creepy turn to the camera that Jimmy Stewart does after finding out that Uncle Billy got put in an asylum? Is it possible for Homestar to immitate Jimmy Stewart's voice as well?

So you really think Homsar is more likely than Homestar to wish he was never born, leave a big ugly hole that turns the town into hell, and, through witnessing the chaotic state of society without his contibutions, acquire a renewed appreciation of life?

Here's some titles I thought of for the parody:
It's a Predictable Decemberween
It's a Routine Decemberween

And in Homestar's absence, Strong Bad would take over the entire website!

No, he's George Bailey. We already decided this last year. Why do you think Homsar would make a good George Bailey?

I like the idea of Homsar being the main guy.
He wishes he, the secret guy every character hates, the guy that has no real value, was never born, and for sme reason all the minor things he did make Free Country U.S.A. go to hell.
Every SBEmail would be worse than tape leg. Strong Bad would hated by all!
Homestar would have stayed fat instead of his new design, infact he would be a huge fat lazy slob!
Bubs' Stand would have been condemed years ago! Bubs is now a HOBO!
The King of Town would have starved to death, and the Poopsmith would be out of a Job!
Coach Z would be President! Marzipan would be a depressed first lady!
The Cheat would have died of Rabies! Strong Mad would be in an Asylum since he culdn't take it!
Strong Sad would be mailman!
All because Homsar was never invented!
How about that?!

If they did make fun of It's a Wonderful Life, I would love to see them use Christmas card-style opening credits with Homestar singing Buffalo Gals offscreen:
"Buffalo gals, won't you come out tonight, and dance by the light of the moon? As I was lumbewing down the stweet, down the stweet, down the stweet...and I can't wemember how the cwap the west of the song is sung!"

He would have to do it in the rest of the song's style! And frankly, I'm still holding out for a Decemberween version of A Christmas Carol. Probably either Bubs or Strong Bad could be Scrooge, I don't know. And for the three Ghosts of Christmas, I was thinking either Strong Sad or Sickly Sam for Decemberween Past (the entire scene would be featured in the Old-Timey style), the King of Town for Decemberween Present and the Poopsmith for Decemberween Future.

Wouldn't Stinkoman be a more natural choice for the Ghost of Christmas future?

No, because the Poopsmith hardly ever speaks. But Stinkoman does appear in the future scene as part of it would take place in the 20X6 realm.

I don't like the idea of Homsar being the main guy here, simply because there's the chance that the randomness of his dialog will become null and void if overused. So I think George Bailey's character should instead be played by Homestar. That is, if they ever did it like that.

The closest thing I think fits their style would be a leg lamp in Strong Bad's basement.

So what we got here are parodies of A) A Christmas Carol, B) A Christmas Story, and C) It's a Wonderful Life.

Anyway, here's how they could do A Decemberween Carol. It's found on this link: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2724524/1/A_Decemberween_Carol. Of course, it may have to be altered somewhat.
