Nothing brightens up a Monday morning quite like Strong Sad getting blown up by roman candles.
5/5 and that's rounding down!

My god, that was pure genius. Best line:
"Let's pretend that never happened!"
Everyone really got a chance to do funny stuff here. Strong Sad was at his best. It seems he's more bold when no one else is around.

Most interactive AM ever. The fireworks toilet thing had me rolling.

Man, TBC are really putting twists on things lately, aren't they? First we get 4 Gregs and now this. Still, that's not a bad thing. In fact, I'm reckoning it's a very good thing.
I found this toon pretty funny. The line about SS's face being Strong Unfortunate was possibly one of the best things Homestar has ever said. Coach Z's message made me laugh. And who can not find a toilet blowing up funny?

All in all, :hr: :hr: :hr: :hr: :hr: / :hr: :hr: :hr: :hr: :hr:

It was alright, except the last one. That one was completely amazing.

Except Strong Sad is way too frantic, yet again.

This was pretty much the most epic answering machine ever. Man, I LOVE what TBC are doing with the site right now. All the little twists and new ideas for what *could* be considered as character development is awesome. Yeah, they're definitely taking a Strong Bad break, which is fine by me. Yet they somehow manage to put him in and have him shine right along with everybody else.

As for Strong Sad, he is becoming one of my favorite characters. XD Keep up the good work! I'm lovin' this!!

I agree about Strong Sad! But I don't think SSemail would be a good idea...

If I needed to find one word to sum that up:EPIC.Exploding roman candles, Strong sad trying several attempts at a greeting, Strong Bad stealing from Marzi's...beats even 7.2 and 5.0!

5/5!

That was one of the most amazing things I've seen. I thought I was going to die from the flurry of awesome in the line "It is! It is strong sad and strong unfortunate what happened to your face! Ooh! Preow! Call me! Preow!"

Definitely my favorite of the Answering Machines; the fact that we weren't just staring at the machine the whole time gave it massive bonus points. I loved the "you can ignore that one" part.

This one gets a four.

When Strong Sad came on, I was like "What the-?" Then I got into it with Strong Sad's messing around with things, and then when Strong Bad showed up, I was again taken aback. when Homestar showed up. After a couple of weird, albeit humorous, messages, Marzipan's message was surprising when Strong Sad flushed the toilet and the Roman candles went off.

I have a better appreciation for the answering machines now. 5/5

You know, the reason I used to like Marzipan's Answering Machine was because all the action occurred in words, something not everyone can achieve. This episode had more animation than the actual messages themselves, which is why i give this  / :marzi: :marzi: :marzi: :marzi: :marzi:

This was probably one of my favorite Answering Machine's to date, though I usually find myself saying that every time a new one comes along. It was short but sweet. I'm glad they decided to try something a bit new with it... I can't imagine how you could keep the same exact format fresh for 16 'episodes'.

Homestar thinking that Strong Sad's voice was sexy, Strong Bad not being prepared for his prank call, and Coach Z creeping himself out= great cartoon to wake up to on a cold Monday morning. At least in my opinion.

Between Strong Sad's revised and re-revised voicemail greetings, Strong Bad's original and revised prank call, and Homestar setting new records for density, I'm gonna go ahead and call this the best Marzipan's Answering Machine to date. 5 outta 5!

This may be the first Answering Machine that I've actually watched all the way through, but it's definitely the best! (btw, I have watched PARTS of other Answering Machines, just not whole ones.) It's like TBC put in all the MAM regulars, BlendTec'd it, and added a Roman Candle Valve. 5/5. (Well, actually more like 4.8/5. I mean, where's Homsar? An Answering Machine THIS random has to have H*R's local Cloud Cuckoolander!) I wonder what Marzipan's gonna do to "S.Sad" after she finds out about the toilet...

That's probably the best line in the toon. The best event was Strong Sad activating the Roman Candle Valve.

I have to admit, during the time that it was just Strong Sad I was seriously considering closing the tab and doing something else, because seriously that crap ain't funny. The rest of it was p. much perfect, though. Every single message was great, Homestar's and Coach Z's especially so.

Greeting - SURPRISE #1! I was knocked for a loop when I saw 's hand appear. The way he spoke those greetings only as he would was superb.

Message 6 - Eh. All that one had going for it was one of :sb:'s randomly-worded insults.

5 - Elephants Gerald! And :sb: blatantly lying always puts me in stitches. That appears to be the same amp from "different town". Him carrying it was SURPRISE #2!

4 - SURPRISE #3! in :hr: again leaving a message but not actually leaving a message (remember PLZ GET EGGS,MILK?).'s reaction was PRICELESS.

3 - :coachz: just won't give it a rest will he? I just love how his character has developed recently

2 - I like how this went back to the roots of :kot: being an absolute glutton and letting food get in the way of what's important.

1 - Oh. Man. This was EPIC WIN. Kudos for making it obvious that :sb: made a prank call that we didn't hear (I mean who else would say "Slick Somebody from Marzipan's Stupid Face Plumbing"). Roman candles + toilet valve = HILARITY! Also SURPRISE #4!

Egg - Meh. But I liked the Poe joke.

Overall this was excellent!

They keep dishing out the spin-offs! I really enjoyed it, but wouldn't want this to be on a regular basis. Too much of this could really ruin the marzipan emails for me. However, this one was excellent. A nice change of pace, and very random.
Homestar Runner actually had a good line :)
