When do you think Strong Bad was at the top of his game? In my opinion it was mid to late Compy era or Mid Lappy. There was a kind of magic in those SBmails.

I likes them all! But if I were to pick just one era, then I'd say Compy (386, not e, accent mark,)

I liked the compy 386 emails because I liked when the cartoons were more character focused and less social commentary focused...

Sure, but how do you want them? Just divided into four computers, or more specific than that?

Yeah, four computers should be fine.

K, done. If you want to change it, Heepster39, feel free to...
(I also put in-between-computer ones, in case your favorite 'era' overlaps them)

What inbetween eras? I mean, I gat that inbetween tandy and compy was broken tandy, but there was no transition from compy to lappy. Just 'virus'. And I guess the new paper era counts as between lappy and compey (can't be bothered to set my keyboard to french to spell it right)...
Or do you just mean kinda still liking the early ones of the next era as much as the ones at the end of the previous?

I have to say...Compy transitioning into Lappy.
Those were the ones where TBC were at the top of there game, and where I think they started deciding that they'd use the store as a way to make a living, so in order to keep people at the site, they made better SBemails.
Oh, and an overlapping era, is what I would think to be about 10, or 15 emails at the end of an era, and 10, or 15 emails at the begining of an era.

That's what I put. It's not that the other eras aren't funny, but those were the funniest. The past looks better than the present, and I came into SBEmails at space program.

i personally like the lappy era da best
as much as i love the compy era, i couldn't accuratly pick the compy-lappy era, cuz the first 10 or so lappy sbemails were just ok to me
it wasnt until boring (really) until i the lappy sbemails started getting consistently good, give or take a couple of notsogooders

I'm gonna pick the Lappy Era for now. I just found those emails to be the funniest. Though I might change my vote to Lappy-Compé later, 'cause from what I've seen of the Compé so far, I'm liking it.

For me, It would have to be the Compy. Also, possibly Compy-Lappy, since most lappy emails were Good to Great!

I don't think we've seen enough Compé emails to make an accurate decision on them yet (although dictionary was epic), so for now I'll say Lappy, though I may change later.

Although most of the Compy era emails were AMAZING, The Lappy era was very creative and fun.

In my opinion, The Lappy era was the best.

Hard choice, but I chose Compy 386 (whole era). I might've chosen Tandy-Compy because the later Tandy emails are excellent, but the early Compy ones, not as much. Also, it's my favorite computer that SB has used. I was sad to see it's demise in virus.

I'd say the current era. (Lappy-Compe). Strong Bad has had increasingly good sbemails lately, compared to the Tandy era, which I think was the worst.

P.S., they are really more, "seasons", not "eras".

No, they're nothing like seasons. Homestar Runner is not a TV show, and the eras last much longer than a year.

Yeah, you're right. I think of it as a show and all....
