Ever been going through the site and found a toon that you hadn't seen in a long time or never seen that turned out to be really funny?

It most often happens with emails for me. A couple that I can remember:
local news- I actually found this one because i remembered a quote from it, but not the rest. Somebody here told me which one it was and i found that the whole email was quite funny

themepark- I think I just randomly hit this one while hitting random in the sbemail list and it turned out to be hilarious because I couldn't remember any of it.

I watched the email unnatural recently, and it was a lot funnier than I'd originally remembered. The premise was good, the story had a coherent plot, and there were a lot of subtle, funny nuggets I'd missed the first time around.

I was nine the first time I heard it, and didn't get it.
When I understood what it was saying, it was funny.

Oh my gosh. I remember watching Long pants and hating it the first time, so I didn't watch it for like two years, then when I watched it again I couldn't stop laughing!!!

The entire characters page. Especially Homsar. That characters button is only two steps away from the toons button, guys! Watch it! XD

During my time away from Homestar Runner, I somehow became quite bitter toward "Hremail 7" because of the inconsistencies with Homestar's true past. However, I decided to revisit it just now after reading some positive comments, which might have included one I wrote, and fortunately Strong Bad's naivete and Homestar's and Strong Sad's references to the dial-up days made up for the anachronisms.

D'you know, I hated that one at first too. I kinda got used to it watching the podcast download, there are some good subtleties to it, but it always just seemed so weak to me. I felt the same way about "Original" too.

I didn't like The Homestarrunner much either, but I watched "That A Ghost" after watching a few Buster Keaton Films and some early talkies, and it just suddenly "clicked" for me.

Oh, and "Vampire", I always loved "Vampire"!

In fact, it was the first toon on the site that made me laugh. I discovered Homestarrunner.com through some old forgotten blog when they put up a post about the 100th Sbemail - I watched that and just didn't get it (bad starting point) I watched one other and then clicked on "Vampire" and finally I got the giggles. Took a while for me to appreciate the body of work, but I think I watched almost every Sbemail within a week.

I have to say, I think Sbemails are underrated - not for the funnies because they all maintain a fairly consistent batting average, but for what they contribute to the site. Most spin-offs and popular characters have been spawned by the Sbemails and yet I've heard people really slam them. Anyone who hasn't done so in a while should take a crack at Vampire, Different Town, Fingers, Kinda Cool and 2 Emails.

I watched a few emails tonight, and surprisingly the first two I watched I remembered most lines, but the email 'modeling' is always a classic.

Underlings. Definately.

The first time I watched it was when I was 7. I didn't get most of the jokes, and I hated it. Now that I recently watched, I couldn't stop laughing. The funniest part was where Coach Z took off his thong, and the black ink popped out.

Which one was it that had the easter egg game at the end where you selected "Sid Hoffmen" or "Sid Frenchmen" ? I found that so hillarious for some weird reason

"date"
Also, next time you want to ask which toon a specific scene came from, this might be a better place to go:http://forum.hrwiki.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=13859

Marzipan's Answering Machine

I only recently realized how hilarious it is.

Otherwise, I'm cool with most of them.

The first half of "hremail3184" is actually pretty funny, but I couldn't stand to watch the email itself.

Three words: Ever and More. I have no idea why I always get such a kick out of that one. I've got that secret "handshake" memorized. XD

Also, I really like Cool Things. Yet another classic example of Homestar's stupidity.
