I think if Troggie did have an old-timey counterpart, he'd look like one of those monsters from old movies like King Kong and Godzilla. He'd look all rubbery and move in cheap stop-motion. I know that would seem out of place in 1936, but in the Homestar Runner universe, there's not much that isn't out of place. Isn't that right?

Yeah i know this sounds nice

Does Homsar have any counterparts? I think he is a counterpart.

Regardless, maybe he's that creepy thing in the hat from the begining of Sickly Sam's Big Outing. But I don't think so.

What hat? You mean the one worn by The Sneak when he gave the telegram?

Other than Modestly Hot Homsar, no.

Naw. I'm talking about The Rest, who appear in the introduction. There's a robot, an alien, and a creepy thing in a hat.

Oh, that guy. I think it should be someone else.

My Old-Timey Homsar is named "Weird William" and has a sack of potatoes on (Like Sickly Sam) the reads "Sacka Potaters".

Old timey homsar and cardgage would be awesome, eh!steve might just work, if you made him really posh, like 'verily, steven!' or something like that. Trogdor would be a bit out of place in 1936, though, don't you think? An anime style dragon like shenron with a beefy arm worked, but there have, to my knowlege, been no old black and white 30's cartoons involving dragons.

And antiriku? No offence intended, but this thread is more about old timey toons than it is about 20X6 Coach Z, in that it isn't, in any way, about 20X6 coach Z. There are several threads that are. I suggest you post your theory in one of them instead of confusing/annoying people here.

OK, you somehow just inspired me for old-timey trogs.

Old-timey Trogdor = Cthulhu. Not neccesarily a dragon, per se, but a monster from H.P. Lovecraft's "Call Of Cthulhu." It totally makes sense! (In my head, at least.)

Cthulhu Info = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cthulhu

Cthulhu piccy = http://www.alanbaxteronline.com/wp-cont ... thulhu.jpg

(it's pronounced 'Kuh-THOO-Loo,' by the way.)

I didn't understand a word of that.

Homsar should be a patient from a mental institution that closed down because of the depression. Just like our modern-day zero, he would say stuff that was only slightly in context but doesn't make much sense.

My Mind says Old-Timey Homsar would look like he's from the 80s. Andd no, not the 1880s, the 1980s.

:homsar: Homsar (Weird Walbert) would look like a 1936 cartoon version of Homsar. He would kind of understand what's going on, but say weird things most of the time.
:senor: Senor Cardgage (Sir Cashmort) would be an old guy with a long beard who would always walk around saying things like, "Excused me, Edith, I think I have some pies in the window glass here."
:trogdor: Trogdor (The Big Fire-Breathing Dragon) would be a badly animated, medieval looking dragon.
:ehsteve: Eh! Steve! (Hello, Steven.) would wear a top hat and go around calling everyone Steven.
