I didn't really see it coming, but partially, I guess. I hope they don't elaborate on Coach Z's momness...

I was actually hoping they would. A new big toon called "Coach Z's New Baby" or something, but of course it wouldn't be a real baby. It would be like, a pillowcase with a photograph of a baby's head taped onto it or something.

I liked Senor Cardgage, I think of him as a much creepier Homsar.

And I also liked "And them's 1998 dollars!"

10/10

Anyone else notice the SB Emails are getting back on track? :sb:

Okay. I haven't exactly read this entire thread yet, but here are my comments.

-I was turned off at the beginning simply by the sender's name. I can't stand people who call themselves "Cat".
-The shirts made me happy again. I want a "Da Hood" tee.
-The garage sale was awexome. Particularly all the hidden stuff from other toons and the like.
-Homestar + the cow lamp again = "lol"
-Marzipan and the answering machine were hilarious. More like preeow.
-My mom actually says garbage like that.
-Coach Z's momness makes me want to hide under a rock.
-"Slightly used and mostly confused!"
-9/10

Well technically you dont have to reference the past tense, as we've only learned of Coach Z's just this week! hence it should be in the FUTURE tense (someone needs to read their MLA handbook)

As for a coach Z baby, I think it would have to be real, Free Country USA needs some new blood... otherwise the genetic pool is just getting creepy.

That could be a sitcom idea for the Family Chappers. :D

Great email. Garbarj is an annoying word, I must say. But I believe this to be a good time for fans of H Star R.

But wouldn't brining on a baby be a little to 'jumping the shark'? I mean, it would be kinda funny they went a little bit into it, but knowing TBC, they more than likely won't, just to keep us guessing.

I have to agree with Ramrod. Elaborating on Coach Z's motherhood would probably be a bad thing; the jumping of the proverbial shark, if you will. It'd be okay if they waited a while till we forgot about it, and casually showed Coach Z with a baby carriage (containing Aunt Gert in a sleeper suit) in the background in about 6 months or so.

Now that would be really funny to see. And kinda creepy.

I thought his email was really funny. I haven't laughed at them for a while. Sneor (spelling?) Cardgage is really creepy. He remindes me of a guy I see at my library.

Chances are, like with Strong Sads assasination, Coach Z's motherhood will be hidden around the e-mails.

Man, I loooved this e-mail. I can (sadly) relate pretty well to the whole garage sale process, my mom has them all the time in the summer with pretty much whatever she finds lying around the house. A garbage sale, indeed.

That'd be "Senor" Cardgage. Sound it out.

Once again, this email was awexome. Was Strong Sad's death mentioned before "new fingers"?

Oh. That works. But do we know that that quote was linked to the fingers deaths?

I think his death was first referred to in "50 emails" when Strong Bad is hiring a hitman on the phone. ;)

Well, he was actually trying to sell Strong Sad's feet to Bubs there.

No, he's trying to sell his kid brother into slavery.

At least, I thought that was what was going on.

(They're called "soolnds".)

Well, he said to bubs that "No, they're more like elephant feet. Yeah. So what do you think, like, 50 bucks? Sounds good. I'll leave the key under the at-may."

I don't think they'll keep up the Coach Z/mom type thing.
For starters, Coach Z must be a male, hence why he's always hitting on Marzipan in the Answering Machines. For finishers, he lives in the locker room with disconnected electricity. Not fit conditions for a child!

Personally, I think the Z just had a bit too much Listerine when he made that comment.

More than likely. Maybe he's buying the keg for the Listerine.

The disturbing momness of Coach Z, to me, was negated be the priceless look on Marzipan's face. BWA HA HA HA!

Just because Coach Z hits on Marzipan doesn't mean he's a guy! (We know he is a guy because people have said "he", I think....) And like I said, if his baby turns out to be some random object, he won't need fit baby conditions.

That was pretty funny. The emails are doing better lately (IMO)

This just shows that Coach Z is getting creepier.

Nice to see Senor Cardgage again.

BTW, wasn't helvetica a name of a font?

EDIT - never mind. I saw it mentioned on the wiki page.

Has the thing about Coach Z's momness been explained yet?
