Yes it does. It is a spoof on the fact that in just about every H*R toon there is an automatic loop that makes Homestar's eyes blink even when the toon is stopped or over.

I know.
I was talking about the wiki logo and why it blinked.

Says the guy with the Dramatic Chipmunk in his avatar! :P

I don't really look at the front page of the Wiki to notice, but I'll keep my eyes peeled.

It doesn't for me, for some odd reason. But if it did for me and I saw it at midnight, then I'd need Poopsmith with a jar to come up so I could pee.

He only blinks every couple of minutes. And are you looking at the one on the wiki main page, or the one up there in the top left hand corner?

I'm going to sound stupid for this, but where's the one on the main page besides the one in the corner? I don't see one. I'm probably very dumb. =P

Oh, sorry. For the one in the top left hand corner, I meant the logo on this page. That one doesn't blink, to my knowledge.

Why is it so scary? It's just an animated GIF.

It's just unexpected. Most animated GIFs have some kinda constant motion, or their movement is noticeable. The homestar one does so every 30 seconds or so, so it is hard to spot it sometimes. And when you are looking at the screen and it happens out of the corner of your eye, you arent sure if you imagined it.

And I [s]could barely [/s]can't tell that it has 255 colors.
