[s]I haven't watched it yet, but it's up! And I'm going to! Soon![/s]

Watched it! I thought it was pretty nifty. I like the short shorts... in fact, I think if H*R were to be a TV show, it would work best in a similar sketch format. With some longer toons, of course.

Discuss!

It's like another Short Shorts, but without the Short Shorts name. Funfun.

And look who did that fine transcription!

The "Faux-ducken" had me in stitches. Especially good after Paddy-Dumpington's graphic exposition on turkey preparation.
Once again, another holiday tradition gets a spot-on parody from TBC, though I was expecting KoT to mirror Wilford Brimley a bit more.

EDIT: Man, we should really all get to bed, what is it, 3AM? You too, TBC.

Bub's descriptions of Black Friday are pretty accurate >.>

Great job TBC!!!

...did anyone notice that Homestar wasn't in this one? I was hoping he'd show up in an easter egg or something. :hr:

Followed by tear gas and riot police at 2:15!

Haha, I loved this one.

I was happy to see Saddy Dumpington again. Isn't that great?!

I liked it. Saddy Dumpington was the best part.

I liked the Cheat Commandos Part. I've always been a sucker for the Cheat Commandos.

Wow! That was so totally average! And no Easter Eggs either, man! Mediocre to the max!

...I mean...the King of Town's "fried turkey graph" was amusing. And Bubs' sale schedule. But other than that, pretty standard fare.

Not the best I've seen.

While the "Faux-ducken" and the Cheat Commandos' "lame Thankgiving special" weren't bad, the only part that I really enjoyed was the part with Bubs, especially, "Followed by tear gas and riot police at 2:15."

(There's a reason I don't go shopping on Black Friday ...)

That was pretty good. I liked the Bubs part. Marzipan was good to, seeing as how my Mom is a vegetarian (because meat makes her sick), so I know what that food is like.

i guess i'll have to agree with everyone else that the Bubs part was the best, and Marzipan wasn't too bad either. However, no :hr: 3.5/5

As for how the recent toons have been, it looks like TBC are making their stuff to attract more teens/young adults.

Hello, I'm the King Oh Town, and I have Diabetus.

Anyhow, I liked this toon. The Bubs' Friday on Thursday sale was great. Ahh....violent, day after Thanksgiving shopping.....nothing beats it.

It wasn't too bad, I laughed a couple times. Saddy Dumpington was the best part.

I'm surprised they didn't put in a little 20X6 short. It's been what, 6 years?

Wow. Just wow. This toon is absolutely great! I can totally remember being eight or nine and absolutely bored to death with the football game that every adult on my mother's side of the family just had to watch. (We always spent holidays with Mom's side of the family.)

The short shorts are classic. The KOT doing a PSA for frying turkeys; Saddy Dumpington talking about gutting and restuffing the turkey; Marzipan’s faux-ducken, which seemed somewhat a nod to Red vs. Blue’s 2004 Thanksgiving toon; the Cheat Commandos/Blue Laser holidays; and finally, the bringing back of Bubs’s cheesy TV commercials.

“Toikey TV” is made of massive amounts of win, and the only thing that keeps me from giving it five stars is that I was really hoping they’d throw in Senor Cardgage after Bubs.

It was fair. I didn't think it was as good as last years... Saddy Dumpington was the best part. And I actually didn't notice at all that Homestar wasn't in it until I came to the forum. I kinda wish he was in an easter egg or something too. Maybe they'll add one later in the day?

(shows the stick in the field)
(homestar walks by eating something)
(turns back to look at the stick angrily)
[Homestar] "I still hate you the stick!"

I dunno. My absolute favorite part of this toon was the very ending, when Strong Bad makes for that gravy bowl. I just love the sound-effects that guy makes!

I can do without Homestar every now and again, but Coach Z was nowhere to be found :(

...and no Easter eggs (and no Thanksgiving eggs, either!)

I did enjoy the Blue Laser Commander's part, though.

I liked this a lot. I liked :bubs: 's description of Black Friday the best because it was so true.
