Sorry if this has been asked before, but has anyone else noticed what look like intentional errors throughout the Homestarrunner.com site?

This appears to be occuring on most Macintosh browsers (FireFox, Internet Explorer, Netscape) except for Safari.

...They are not intentional errors. You are seeing the defaults of the files, probably because your computer is too slow or something.

EDIT: You know we have a wiki, right? (I always wanted to say that!)

More likely a slow internet connection - the animations are starting before it's completely loaded the information that should be shown by them.

Yeah, it's probably combo of a slow or bad connection with a slow or bad Compy.

Interesting. I was surprised since those all worked before using the same system and browser. But why would it affect certain browsers and not others (esp on a high-speed cable connection)? Also of note is that the quote screen and game screens are animated, which stuck me as odd for a default setting.

some browsers just load things differently...
mozilla firefox will actually start playing the flash file before it is completely loaded, hoping that it will have loaded the whole way by the time it gets to the end.
if something gets messed up... those things happen.

Err, all browsers should do that - it's how flash works
There's an art to arranging the flash file so that the time it takes to download and the time it takes to finish the movie match up ok.
And if you can't, then you just slap one of those "loading" animations on the start of the movie like TBC do with most of the stuff on the site.

I was hoping this topic would be about Strong Sad's mispronounciation of "Moleskine". That's been bugging me since I found out about it

Maybe that's how TBC thought it was pronounced, and just got it wrong.

By "similar" you mean "a tiny piece". And why did you give us a screenshot of your computer crashing? (Games menu - loading) That wasn't an intentional error.
