Was the guy Bubs was acting as, the Thinkaman, I know I misspelled it, was that off of something. It seems familar to me.

I recorded that and play it while walking in the park one day, wearing sunglasses and "TH" on my shirt and saying shut up to kids.

No, he's not asking that. He's asking if it's a parody, or satire, of another work.
