downloads

i think its kinda annoying that TBC never update the "downloads" portion of the site. Even the museum go a facelift recently but the downloads still say new and its 3 years old. IMO downloads is the perfect place to put the podcasts and maybe update by making wallpaper once in a while. it kinda get annoying that podcasts are always on a main page button. who argees?

plus I hate the fact that you can only download the podcasts to the video ipod, cuz i only have a crappy first generation ipod mini from 2004!!!

Well, wouldn't it be kinda hard to play it on the iPod Mini? Just a thought....

You know what else sucks? You can only put batteries in battery sockets.

Still, I can see why downloads aren't updated that much. It's kind of a vicious cycle: TBC sees it's not getting any traffic, so they don't put anything there. But I've got the strangest suspicion that TBC is watching over us, so keep checking the downloads.

I think Downloads has lost it's popularity when they don't update it for an extremely long time. I'm still wondering how a more than one year old wallpaper is still "NEW". And you know what else? Why is it called Homester.html?

They are watching us, much like how the Burger King King is watching us.

Seriously, I'm pretty sure that they are keeping tabs on what we (all H*R fan forums, not just this one in particular) are saying, and possibly taking notes on what we say. I'm betting they have a whole notebook full of my sayings. And not a one makes sense.

when i first came to homestarrunner i lovd downloading the quote packs and the icons. awesome stuff. but now that they're old, i can see why traffic is down. maybe if they moved a quote of the week archive to the downloads section or made fanstuff and sketchbook downloadable, that would really get some traffic going on that section. fo sho.

Oh yeah, TBC are definitely watching us. They live under one of the most difficult holes in the golf course next to Stu's house. Every time we score par they make something really good for us. So, go golfing and you'll get your Downloads update.

Oh, but just to tell you, if you hit a ball into Stu's window, you're likely to get tarred and feathered.
