Not quite trusting the quiz, I went and looked up the humanist set of beliefs, and confirmed its diagnostic.

Hasn't this quiz given a bunch of people that result?

Methinks it's part of the secret Humanist agenda...

A humanist is basically an atheist or agnostic with normal and somewhat self less morals. I fit the profile, and if I remember correctly, so did Isaac Asmov.

That test is a little bit inaccurate as far the faith versus reason scale goes however, because it makes the incorrect assertion that theists can't be technical thinkers.

You fit in with:
Spiritualism

Your ideals are mostly spiritual, but in an individualistic way. While spirituality is very important in your life, organized religion itself may not be for you. It is best for you to seek these things on your own terms.

40% spiritual.
80% reason-oriented.

That's...not even 100%...

Eh whatever. I got bored so I took it.

It's a joke quiz. Not a particularly funny one, but still.

Atheism: You are just too pathetic and depressed to commit to major religion. Sorry.
Buddhism: Learn to be one with the world.
Christianity: You feel consumed by your own guilt. Repent now and save yourself!
Hinduism: You have dozens of weird gods with hard-to-pronounce names. Have fun with that.
Islam: KILL THE WHITE DEVIL!!
Jim Jones and the Kool-Aid Gang: Enjoy listening to charismatic manipulation? Willing to die for a stupid cause? Maybe the People's Temple is for you.
Satanism: You are gullible and easily relate to well-written slogans. At least you have the right idea.
Wicca: Need to freak out your parents? Want a half-assed magick system that is super-easy for beginners? Try Wicca!

Hinduism is way different from other religion. In other religions, people beleive in one god. But in hinduism, we believe in many gods. But saying the gods are weird is similar to saying that Jesus Christ is weird.

Which is why it's a joke quiz. I'm sure none of those are accurate.

My views:

Your views are most similar to those of Christianity. ...Christianity is the second of the Abrahamic faiths; it follows Judaism and is followed by Islam. ...Christians believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross to save humankind and forgive people's sins.

agnosticism 92%

Satanism 83%

Buddhism 63%

Paganism 63%

atheism 58%

Judaism 54%

Islam 46%

Christianity 33%

Hinduism 33%

Pretty much right for me, though I don't think I'd ever become a Satanist.

Seems pretty accurate. Nothing in the 90-percents cuz I've been pretty unsure lately. As recently as February I was more Catholic than the Pope but I haven't done anything religious for months now. I've been taking a class that included Buddhism, which was very interesting, so that shows up. The intense Calvin & Hobbes influence throughout my life has made me have a much more positive attitude toward nature (which probably is how Paganism got so high), and I've been living an agnostic life surrounded by agnostics lately.

All the results after that had no connection.

I actually woke up this morning feeling like praying because I felt so good (instead of feeling bad and praying), so maybe that'll end up back in the 90s some day

Though this is a different quiz, this has ABP'd. The last quiz I took agreed with my findings of being an Individual Spiritualist, too. ;)

However, taking this quiz got me:

Buddhism 79%
Islam 79%
Paganism 71%
Satanism 50%
Hinduism 42%
Agnosticism 42%
Christianity 38%
Judaism 25%
Atheism 21%

Judaism 54%
Buddhism 46%
Islam 42%
Paganism 25%
Hinduism 21%
Agnosticism 17%
Satanism 0%
Atheism 0%

I think that the results were a little incorrect to for me. I don't think I have 25% Paganism in me.

But I will agree with the Atheism and Satanism results.

I also think the results were a little off kilter because some of the questions in that quiz were a bit difficult for me to understand.

So I put in N/A, which I feel made some of these results.

I also would raise my Christianity percentage to 95%. I feel very connected to it.

I don't deny it. I am an atheist.

About what I expected. I thought Buddhism would be a little bit higher though.

Yes, I am agnostic. I would have switched atheism and Satanism - although I agree with some of the Satanic principles, like self-reliance and rejection of blind faith, a lot of their doctrine seems arrogant to me.

I don't need a QuizFarm test to tell what religion I am; I know I'm a Christian. I did take that quiz, though. 79% Christian.

I wonder how widely known it is that most Satanists don't even believe in Satan, let alone worship him?

If that's the case, then Satanism is the most incorrectly named religion ever. It'd be like having Yankeeism and worshipping the Denver Broncos. Wait, ok, so it wouldn't be the same, but yeah.
If Satanism doesn't worship anything, what makes them a religion?
Some person at Dictionary.com wrote:
1.
Religion:
1. Belief in and reverence for a supernatural power or powers regarded as creator and governor of the universe.
2. A personal or institutionalized system grounded in such belief and worship.
2. The life or condition of a person in a religious order.
3. A set of beliefs, values, and practices based on the teachings of a spiritual leader.
4. A cause, principle, or activity pursued with zeal or conscientious devotion.

[Peeve Alert]Ok, that "life or condition of a person in a religious order" thing bugs the crap out of me. They used religion in the definition of religion. I hate when people use a form of a word in its own definition[/peeve alert]

The only thing there that makes me call Satanism, at least how you've described it, a religion is #4, What cause, principle or activity do they pursue with zeal or devotion?

I heard on a documentary once that Satanists name themselves as such for the shock value of the name. In my opinion, that sounds rather childish...or at least teenage-ish.

Oh, well--at least Wiki knows the answer to your question.

It's basically the antithesis of Christianity, mocking everything it holds sacred & true. Why do you think they were upside-down crucifices?

You scored as Paganism.

Your beliefs are most closely aligned with those of paganism, Wicca, or a similar earth-based religion. You may also follow a Native American religion.

Paganism 83%

Islam 75%

Buddhism 71%

Hinduism 63%

agnosticism 63%

Satanism 58%

atheism 54%

Judaism 42%

Christianity 25%

Well, I guess I've finally found a word for how I feel. I think that Earth is why we exist, and that if we're going to give praise to something for creating us, I think we should give praise to the earth. The earth provides us with what we need, and it allows for the adaptations that made us what we are today.

*shrugs* This isn't going to change my beliefs, it's just giving me a word to describe how I already feel.

Agnostic. Yup, that's me.

Followed by Islam(?) and then Satanist (once again, ?).

Sounds like I'm perfect for the strongly conservative, Christian-minded town I live in.
