I don't have anything else to say, except that space lobsters rock.

I liked it, but it was really really weird. Did one of the Brothers Chaps have an experience like that with a drive-through once, minus the space lobsters? I liked the interaction between Strong Bad and The Cheat in this cartoon. Strong Bad was totally being The Cheat's dadbysitter.

I didn't understand one bit of it. But I want a blue one.

Anyone notice how the whale song sounds a bit like the Night Court theme song?

I related to strongbad in this one alot, but the short didn't make sense after the space lobster was eaten by the whale.

I would've demanded for the green.

Not bad, not excellent. Usually I like parodies/mocking real world things, but this was a little forced. Why was there a drive-thru in the middle of nowhere? It reminds me of those cartoons where the character encounters some weird object, like dropped from the sky, that has no reason to be there, and the entire episode is just doing weird things with that object.

One of those episodes. Anyway...
It had some funny parts, like the Cheat wanting the blue one. But like most shorts, it wasn't all that exceptional.

EDIT: Oh, and the Europa-ean lobster was great.

Well, I *like* when people have random encounters with things that appear from nowhere. And this is a fine statement on the emptiness of meaning in the fast-food industry. Or maybe it's just an excuse for Strong Bad to interact with a rocket-propelled whale-shaped drive-thru speaker. Sorry about that, I've been taking an aesthetics course in college. Either way, fun.

That was exceptionally surreal. Especially toward the end. I mean, making fun of staticky drive-thru speakers has been done to death, but the running weirdness of invisible business establishments along with the space-lobster ending made this one really bizarre. Not outstandingly funny, true. But in contrast with the Strong Bad emails, which from time to time have random elements thrown in that aren't funny and aren't even all that random...it was refreshing to see some genuine randomness. I, for one, was entertained.

Personally, as a huge fan of randomness...

I have to say this was randomeriffic!

It started off with one of those rocket things, the hope for a space lobster, and then shifted into a 4-wheel drive of pure hilariousness with a crackity sounding drive-thru whale in the middle of nowhere, and the subsequent talking to and arguring with it-ness.

Score: X99 out of 10.

Pretty good, but in order to truly be a short it needed more characters. This seemed like an email without the email.
It wasn't a bad toon though, the rocket was a good way to begin, and everyone likes illegibly speaking drive-through box humor. The end was a bit forced, but funney just because it was so random.

7.5/10

This is the most random toon ever. For serious. Still an awesome one though.

Now THAT...was weird. Not that weird is a bad thing, of course (As someone who regularly watches Bo-Bobo and FLCL, I can testify to that...)

I just wish I could place the tune that the speaker plays. It's so familiar, and yet I just can't quite identify it... I can't stand it.

It was pretty good. Very random. I really didn't see the drive thru thing going up in the air at the end coming.

Also, according to the wiki, this was released the same day as the video for
Weird Al's "Trapped in the Drive Thru". That's awesome, and so was the music video.

Umm...

Did I just watch a HR toon, or did I fall asleep and have a crazy daydream? According to your guys' responses, I'd say I watched a toon. Okay, were they even trying this week? I hope they have a good sbemail to cover this up next week. Well, as for rating the thing, I don't think it deserves my standard rating. I'll give it a BAD/EXCELLENT.

Okay, second time watching it, it was OKAY/EXCELLENT.

Third time: GREAT! This is the most random thing ever and I love it! Now I'll give a # rating: e. I really hope somebody on this forum knows what that is approximately.

Also, anybody notice that :sb: 's face looked different than normal? He looked extra-shiney-like.

Pretty funny. Is it just me or does the animation look crisper?

My favorite quote for this short would have to be "It's brown." The entire thing was oh-so true, though.

First watching: Oh em gee, what the snap was that?

Second watching: Oh em gee, that was freaking HILARIOUS! This is fantastic! It wasn't really "laugh-out-loud" funny, but it was very amusing, and worth repeated watchings. I especially liked the Easter egg, because I was one of those kids who looooved to play "restaurant" when I was little.

Good prize! And it's not brown!

I loved how nonsenscial this short was! Fav part had to be The Cheat crying over the toy being brown. It was just crazy enough for me to love it! Plus it was short enough to hold my attention and I like that there were only two of the characters instead of it being jampacked (and no homestar! Not that I don't like him but it's nice to NOT see him once in a while)
