See, I can be cool with the power rangers too, oh wait, park ranger, but still, he is a ranger, and he has a heart.

It's Dr. Perry Cox from Scrubs. His hilarity is matched by few others.

Dr. Cox has always reminded me of my 7th grade lit teacher. Her and I's relationship is similar to JD and his. She was a jerk off to everyone at school, and made fun of everyone, me in particular. But in retrospect, she was freaking hilarious and taught me many life lessons. : /

Aye. I think he ties with Janitor, though. I'd name my favorite Dr Cox moment, but then I'd sound like one of those annoying guys who always labels their favorite character moment from a TV show.

"that time Peter referenced an 80's movie was hilarious!"

House is the best character on any TV, even old ones made of wood!

I've always said that how funny that show is is directly proportional to how much airtime Cox and Kelso get.

Not only how much airtime they get solo but their interactions with other characters are very very awesome.

Such as Perry and Turk's talk about debating (of the mass variety, no less).

Also when Kelso and Cox are going at it the show is at its best.
