That'd be totally awesome. I could do it. I'd just need to look over the piano tabs, that could help.

Okay, I'll come sing for you. I'm more than happy to sing.

But yeah, I love rockin' out to DWDTG now that I can download it. I can almost beat it on expert, got to around Victory Solo Part J on my first try.

In other news, I only need to beat One, and then I can battle the devil in Expert. Woo.

And I got a 1000 note streak yesterday. Woo.

Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger By Daft Punk

It would be like the Jordan of Vocals. You'd need some Yodeling skills.
Unless you can imitate avocoderwith your singing, I don't think that would work so well...

I think Cherub Rock is my favorite song to play on GHIII.

What's this I hear about individual instrument-controllers not being able to be purchased until 2008 for Rock Band?

That being said, how much would a PS2 Drum and PS2 Mic cost? There were some unsourced numbers on 'kipedia a while ago.

CURSE YOU INTERNET RESOURCES!

I bought the last copy of Rock Band today, where I learned the drums n' crap wont be released until... Tomorrow. Wtf? No one ever told me this. and now I'll be hunting for some drums, being the only human in my city without a reservation. Luckily, all I'm looking for is drums, not the whole shabang. I already got a GH3 guitar, and I don't want a mic. Later I might buy the Rock Band guitar and see if I like it.

I used the cheat code to unlock all of them and the only three I play are Impulse, Muavais Garcon, and TTFAF.

Current TTFAF status: 95% on Medium then failure

I loathe the fact that I can get 4 stars on Jordan on Hard, but fail TTFAF on Hard at 87 percent. and half the time, I don't make it past the intro.

Rock Band:
Each person sets their own level of difficulty.
vocals: not too bad.
guitar starts out waaay easy.
I don't know how many songs we have left to get through, but it's not getting too hard. I'm goin' over there tommorrow to play while he's at work.
they aren't selling the drums seperate for a few months, so i don't know how those are, but i'm excited.

gh3 is better if you like playing by yourself and you're good.
rock band is for if you and a small group of friends wanna mess around and have a good time.

That's pretty stupid, I thought drums would be avaliable at launch.

WTF, I still have to shell out money for ANOTHER guitar?

I figured out why Paint it Black isn't availible in Co-Op

They forgot to record a seperate Bass track. Yup. If you go into practice, it only gives you the option to play guitar.

Speaking of lazy developers, the Singers lips do not move at all after the solo In Monsters, and the Guitar Track rarely ever plays in the practice previews of each section

Guitar hero is good and all, but the only songs I really want to have a go at are Trogdor and Because it's Midnite.
But i dont have it, and no-one I know who has it even likes h*r, so they don't have those songs unlocked.
This gets frustrating.

That's pretty sad that your friends won't even play through 80's because they don't like Homestar

I thought it was something to do with it being too old or something else involving the bass track.

The fact that stereoing a track originally recorded on analog would sound completely horrible?

Haha! I beat TTFAF on Hard! It took me about an hour of total game play, but I did it. (Yeah, that sounded pretty sad, but I'm proud.)

And Rock Band ticked me off. Big time.

They released the bundle pack the day after the game alone came out, and I didn't bother with the bundle because I figured I'd play guitar with my GH3 controller and wait for the drum to come out separately. It was cheaper, and it was all I wanted. So I get home and realize that the wireless pickup thing you plug into your PS3 USB doesn't register your guitar as a guitar, just as a normal controller. (When you try to play Rock Band. It still works for GH3.) So, that means that you have to buy the bundle pack to get the correct wireless adapter. So I bought a game I can't play. Crap. Luckily, I have the recite, but I have to wait a week for a game I should be playing right now.

EDIT: Wait, nevermind. It just plain doesn't works. From what I've read, it was going to be compatible, but then they changed it. Freaking Aye.

So I just booted up GH3, and when I started it said "overwriting data" instead of "loading data" and when I started it up everything was gone.

what

Screw that, I'm selling/trading this game.

The Romantics sue Activision because their cover of "What I Like About You" sounds too much like the original. Even though it doesn't sound like the original at all to me. WTF.

Buy a 360 and the full special edition version that comes with a guitar, drums, and a mic. It's a way better investment.

Which one? There's two: Hier Kommt Alex und Generation Rock.
I'm assuming Hier Kommt Alex, from the German name.

Also, I perfected my first song on Expert today. Sadly, it was When You Were Young, so that's a little embarrassing.

Yes, 600+ dollars for one game, great investment.

Also, who cares about The Romantics, that song sucks anyways.

Uhh, 350 for Xbox + 170 for Rock Band Bundle = $520

400 for PS3 + 60 for game + 80 for drums + 80 for guitar = $600
-or-
400 for PS3 + 170 for Bundle = $570

Either way, 360 plus bundle is cheaper. And you get the advantage of having Xbox Live and a system to play Halo 3 on.
