Considering the overpowered world of Star Wars and the semi-realistic world of Star Trek, I have to say the Death Star.

Those borgs are pretty strong. I bet even if their ship does get blown up, the borgs inside will infiltrate the death star and take it over. It's that simple.

Scenario 1: 1 Death Star VS 1 Borg Cube.
Outcome: 1 Victorious Death Star, 1 Easily-Destroyed Borg Cube

Scenario 2: 1 Death Star VS Several Borg Cubes.
Outcome: Uncertain

Scenario 2 would depend greatly on whether or not the first few borg cubes to be destroyed are able to relay information to other borg cubes in an attempt collectively adapt, assuming it is even possible for the borg to adapt to an energy weapon of that magnitude.

Also keep in mind that the Death Star can only create an energy blast powerful enough to destroy a planet once-per-day. The multiple shots fired in the Battle of Endor were merely intended to destroy capital ships and were significantly less powerful.
