Putin went out of office on Thursday. And a new man stepped up.

Dmitry Medvedev.

Now, Putin is the new Prime Minister. But that's not the idea. The idea is: Who's more fit to run Russia? Vladimir, or Dmitry?

I chose Putin, most likely because of his Putinisms (It's real.)

Putin is still pretty much in charge anyway. Medvedev is his hand-picked successor to the presidency of Russia. Putin is the one running everything.

Putin is still in a high place of power. I think it is pointless to compare the two, since Medvedev hasnt had enough time to prove himself. Seriously, you dont judge a world leader by their first week.
