Email 200 speculation thread

I hope the 200th e-mail features every character on the site. That would be awesome.

I keep thinking that TBC will put out a teaser a few days before the sbemail comes out showing what the sbemail is gonna be. (like, the email sent to Strong Bad). But I doubt that will actually happen.

I'm also scared about the idea of TBC stopping Strong Bad Emails after 200, but Homestar Runner IS the only way they make money now (I think...)

Well, they sort of did that with email 150.

They can't do that. That's monstrously unfair to anyone who doesn't have enough money to cough up for their video game, or doesn't have a Wii console, or doesn't have a game console at all.

There's more than one operating system. And you still have to pay to get them. Not everyone is going to do that. They wouldn't make any toon, especially not an important one like a 200th email, available only to certain people and not available to others.

EDIT: I also came up with another idea for the 200th e-mail: They would finally answer how Strong Bad types with boxing gloves on!!!

Seriously, in the commentary of the e-mail video games, they said they might come up with an answer for it someday. Wouldn't it be cool if it were the 200th e-mail?

No they didn't. I mean, the email that is sent to Strong Bad will just appear on the screen. Like, if the 200th email would have been flashback the screen would just be saying

Hey there, Strong Bad!

Hey, that reminded me of something. You know on the 100th e-mail, the 1st e-mail appeared at first in the Tandy font and Strong Bad had to punch the screen? What if, on the 200th e-mail, the 2nd e-mail comes up at first?

Those are things they made with the original intent of putting on the site, and later scrapped them. Any newly-made things were not toons, I'm pretty sure. They would never make such a milestone only in SBCG4AP. Especially since it wouldn't be on the Sbemail menu that way.

I think it's possible they'll use it as a massive fan-service email, to bring popular concepts back (such as Trogdor) that would be completely burnt out (or burninated out) if reused at any time other than special occasions like this. It's kind of lame and a bit of a cop-out in concept form, but I think they'll at least consider it, and if they come up with a way to do it cleverly enough, it's possible.

Also, to buy the PC version just go to the Telltale Game Store. And to buy the WiiWare version, just to the Wii Shop channel and proceed to WiiWare, and purchase the game using a prepaid Wii Points card or online via credit card. :mrgreen:

You guys remember how New Paper stole all the hype from Email #175, and so TBC gave us a plain Email that week? What if SBCG4AP steals all the hype from Email #200, so TBC give us a plain Email?
