This is one of the best series on a Sony system. It's a series about a cat-like alien from another planet in the future, Ratchet, and a small robot that was made in a factory for the evil dude, Clank. Clank crash lands on Ratchet's planet and together they go on adventures, saving galaxies and blowing stuff up.

Anybody else like these games?

I've played all the games up until Deadlocked. I played the hell out of UYA's online mode.

These games are awesome. I've got 1 through to Gladiator, and I've 100%'d all of them except Gladiator.

I didn't get the next couple after Gladiator because I didn't like where they went with that game.
The first three were absolute classics, but that one just ruined everything: Very different gameplay, no Clank, Ratchet doesn't look as good and lots of other stuff just made it sub-par.

^Deadlocked was supposed to be a spin-off kinda, like the Jak series did with the racing game.

I bought Size Matters, but it's not made by Insomniac, so it's not as good. I heard that Tools of Destruction was great though.

Gladiator=Deadlocked?
That would make sense, because he has a "deadlock" collar in Gladiator.

If this isn't their intended direction with all the games, that changes everything. I might actually be interested in getting Tools of Destruction.

Yeah, Deadlocked's name was changed. Same thing with Going Commando (oh man that one is so awesome)

And yeah, I heard that the games are way less combat based now. I haven't had any first hand experience though, so maybe ask around.

I only have Up Your Arsenal and Deadlocked, but they are both very addictive.

Going Commando is number 2 right? Mine is called Locked and Loaded. Maybe it's just named differently in different countries, they do that sometimes.

^Yeah, because "Going Commando" apparently means walking around with UNDERGARMENTS or something

Haha yeah, I never thought of it that way.

Actually, in Australia, "going commando" means going without underwear.

This is my second favorite series out of the "big 3" for PS2, Sly Cooper being the first.
