Just my opinions/guesses on how old everyone is.

However, I think it's fairly established that the KOT is a senior citizen, Coach Z and Bubs middle aged or so, and the rest of them considerably younger.

Well the revealed in that one sbemail where strong bad invented that one space program (sorry, can't remember the name of it) that he was in his sixties.
Also, It's likely that Senor Cartgage is over 65 as evidenced in "Ratings".
The rest of them are just guesses on how old they are judging by by their voices or appearance.

As DorianGray said, they're as old as they need to be.

Yeah, I think the Rule of Funny strongly applies here. That said, I think Homestar, the Brothers Strong, Pom Pom, Marzipan, and Homsar are all in their early to mid twenties. Strong Mad is a little older and Strong Sad is a little younger than Strong Bad, but not by much. Bubs, possibly the Poopsmith, and especially Coach Z are older than the rest, maybe a generation older. The King of Town is older still, perhaps near retirement age. Senor Cardgage is in between Coach Z and the King of Town. The Cheat is the same age mentally as everyone else, but who knows what that translates to in actual The Cheat years.

I agree with you on everything but . I just imagine that he would be older than 65 or whatever if he was telling to get "all growed up" before he could watch a RRR rated movie. But he might be younger... Just thinking though It would make sense for him to be of retirement age I guess.

Obviously, the Rule of Funny applies, but no harm in speculating, so here goes.

I think the joke is kind of that he's way too old to be in juvenile prison, yet he ended up there anyway, thus compounding his creepiness. So I'm thinking older than that.

So, what are the characters ages? We know: strong sad - strong bad - srtong mad. But what is the age difference between the other characters? I'm pretty sure strong bad is older than homestar. the KOT is obviously eldest.

A thing to keep in mind, apparently Strong Sad is in the 18-24 demographic while Strong Bad isn't.

Yup yup, I took that into account with my guesstamations:

The Cheat was apparently discovered after Strong Bad met Homestar - I see him as the youngest. But since he's been Strong Bad's lacky for a long time obviously, I think he's still well in his years. Also, he is a smoker*.

I think of homsar as younger, partly because he was created after most of the other characters were established. I also think he should be in the same peer groupd as Strong Sad since they hang out. A 19-year-old could mingle well with a 21-year-old

Strong Sad is obviously younger than Strong Bad, and apparently in the college-age demographic. Since Strong Sad and Strong Bad were showing hanging out as kids, I don't think they could be too far apart in age. Making Strong Sad much younger than 21 would pull Strong Bad into the 18-24 demographic too. Besides, since he's become less whiney in the more recent cartoons, he seems to have grown a little out of a depressing teenager attitude and into a apathetic college kid attitude.

Homestar is obviously old enough to drink cold ones, so over 21. He's old enough to be out of skool (if he ever went to any college?) and has a job. He shouldn't be too much older than Strong Sad, or too much younger than Strong Bad.

Marzipan is obviously older than Homestar. Can't you just feel it?

PomPom is probably older as well. Just because, ya know, he's a cool guy that the rest seem to look up to for the newest hip things. Even Strong Bad wants advice from him, and I just can't see him publicly admitting the coolness of a guy younger than him - he'd be more likely to argue that PomPom wasn't cool if he were younger.

Strong Bad at 26 puts him at an age that would still be a peer to Homestar, PomPom, and Marzipan, and just slightly out of Strong Sads demographic. If he were too much older than Homestar, then his rivalry with him would seem kinda creepy I think. At 26 he's old enough to be an 80's child which fits in with his music and video game taste.

Strong Mad should be closer in age to Strong Bad than Strong Sad, since they have a closer relationship as partners in crime. But Strong Mad seems distanced from the others, I think 30 seems like an understandable age guesstimate.

Poopsmith... I just feel like he's around the age of 37. Personally, I just kinda get that he should be at an age that he could be the King of Town's son. *shrug*

Bubs and Coach Z's ages are based on the ages of my mom and dad. I think it suits them.

Senor is over 60 as shown in "rated." But not as old as the KoT.

KoT is in his 60s as shown by "space program" - but I think of him as older than that, so I put him as close to 70 as I could while still staying in the 60s.

Eh Steve! Kinda looks like Anciet Egyptian style. So, over 5,000 years old.

I like your estimations best. I think Coach Z and Bubs might be about 5 years younger than that though.

They are all unaging cartoon characters.

Like in old comics, Strong Bad and Homestar Runner appear in a comic around 70 years old, possibly older since we don't know how long the period between the Castlefunnies' cancellation and their trying to resurface with pencil moistioners was.

Two things: A): I think pulling this "it's just a cartoon" crap shpuld be outlawed, as it almost completely undermines alll of the fun in discussion. : I honestly think Strong Bad made up the Catle Funnies anyway.

He was an adult when Strong Bad was little, and his prime dating year was 1974. So I guess he is somewhere in his 50s. My guess is 54.
A little younger then Coach Z, maybe 50.
I think they are all around the same age, I guess somewhere in the 28-34 range.
He seems pretty old, about 70.
He was selling tickets for RRR movies, meaning he must be over 60. I guess 65.
He is somewhere in his 60s, 68 probably
He is implied to be in the 18-24 demographic. I would think 21.
He's the eldest strong, I guess 38.
