The most offensive thing on H*R?

The word "frig", according to my dictionary, has a very risque meaning and I've noticed that it is used on the site a few times. If you take the dictionary's definition for it, this must be the most offensive thing on the site.

Yes, while frig does mean that technically, for most people, frigging is just another term for freaking.

Nothing on H*R has really offended me. Though Sickly Sam's line "Am I gonna make romance" from Sickly Sam's Big Outing creeped me out. Just the way he said it. :eekdance:

On a side note, I don't see why some people were upset by the fork in the eye scene from Let us give TANKS. It's not like it was the fist time blood had been shown on the site. Remember the mountain scene from Yello Dello?

But seriously, if you get offended by something on the site, one just has to wonder what kind of life you live. Do you live under a rock? I've seen more offensive things on CHILDREN'S SHOWS than in any Homestar Runner toon.

Even episodes of Hey Arnold had worse things than Homestar Runner. :/ I bet you could list just about any children's shows (except for perhaps the shows for very small children, like Blue's Clues and Little Bear) and find at least one thing that was more offensive than anything on this site.

You see it more on kids' shows because it's directed at kids. The innuendo is called Parental Bonus. That article should sum it up. You don't see it on H*R because the age group it's directed at now will get the innuendo, making it for older audiences.

Meh. Nothing really offends me on H*R... but there are two things that bug me. The woman on the SB main page, and um... forgot the second one. I got short term memory loss sometimes.

Heh, I know what parental bonus is. It makes rewatching cartoons I saw as a kid worthwhile.

Still, even without the need of a parental bonus because of the age group, HSR is pretty darn tame. Sure there's some smoking and drinking, but that's nothing compared to what I can see if I just turn on my television. It's endearing in some strange way.
