Seriously, the real reason that Homestar and the gang haven't been around lately is because there's a Zombie Invasion going on in Free Country, they've locked themselves up in a bunker and are too busy making plans to escape to entertain us.

Bring forth more details or other theories.

I think I have the reason of no Halloween toon...

On October 31, 2010, twelve people went into the woods surrounding the town of Free Country, USA to film a documentary. Their bodies were never found.

Years later, their footage had still not been found yet.

That's why there's no Halloween toon.
