I'm trying to figure out if this is worth putting in the Sightings page on the Wiki.

Looking over people's photos from the big A16 (World Bank/IMF) demonstration held in Washington DC yesterday, I found this image, of a person wearing a Strong Bad tee while holding up a sign. Is that sighting worthy of a place in the "sightings" section?

Also, only kind of related, I was considering a sign for that demonstration with a variant of "Pour hot soup in Homestar's eyes, eh, Steven?" but couldn't figure it out until my sister suggested, "Pour hot soup in the World Bank's eyes", at which time it all came together at too late of a time to use (this was in the car on the way to DC). Next World Bank demonstration: A sign saying, "Pour hot soup in the World Bank's eyes" showing Strong Bad pouring a bowl of hot soup on an image of the World Bank building, with eyes.

Ben F. Schumin :-)

Heh.. Pour hot soup in the world bank's eyes.. Heh...
I think it should go in sightings, but I don't know a lot of what kind of stuff goes in there. But still.

Lots of people buy Homestar Runner shirts, so it's nothing worth noting.

If your favorite Hollywood actor is wearing a Strong Bad shirt: yes.
If you're walking down the road and some person you've never seen before is wearing a Strong Bad shirt: no.

I hope you're paying attention; there's gonna be a quiz on this later.

If there was a picture of every guy with a Strong Bad shirt in the sightings page the wiki would explode.

I was thinking that maybe the song Somebody Told Me by the Killers would be a sighting, because Strongbad has a song on his Strongbad Sings CD called Somebody Told Me (Now I Beleive Them).

"Somebody Told Me" is just an ordinary sentence. Strong Bad didn't invent it.

It's not a sighting. If it was a huge public place that was H*R related, like a College place holding a huge parade with a H*R float, them that would be a sighting.

He seems to be delibratly blocking the sign in back of him. And I think this is one of those topics we just have to let die. Humanely.
